Karen & Geoff! They both went way beyond an average or even exceptional experience. Karen is always so helpful and even though she was off the clock and had a personal appointment she still walked me to my car to help me with an issue. She then got a team (literally) to help me with a tech issue and an issue with a part that needed to be attached after the airbag was replaced. Geoff would not give up helping me pair my phone and look for the audio aux input. He even continued researching the issue by looking online after I had to leave and called me with his research results. Great team of people at Wilmington!

2024 Lexus NX 450h+ review
Purchase the car a month ago and already has 850miles. Car feel great in regard,power and maneuverability. Only one major this Miles/gallon. My longest trip was between San Diego and Phoenix and back. On the way there I got max 36.5 m/g. On the way back 35.00. I hardly made it to San Diego. Tank is only 12 gal. so 36/84 m/g ....not true not even 50 miles per gal. Dealer did not explain how to drive, what to do to get maximum miles per gallon. Will take another trip probably 800 miles back and forth, will let you know in my next review

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

2022 Lexus RX 350 review
Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

2018 Lexus RX 350 review
My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

Karen is always so helpful and even though she was off the clock and had a personal appointment she still walked me to my car to help me with an issue. She then got a team (literally) to help me with a tech issue and an issue with a part that needed to be attached after the airbag was replaced. Geoff would not give up helping me pair my phone and look for the audio aux input. I recently purchased a 2026 Lexus NH350h from Lexus of Wilmington, and I wanted to share my experience. First, my salesperson Mandy was truly the best I’ve ever worked with. She was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and made the entire process feel comfortable and pressure-free. Her customer service was outstanding, and she genuinely wanted to make sure I made the right decision. After taking the car home, I did run into a few customer service issues that initially dampened my excitement about the purchase and overall dealership experience. However, Andrew completely turned things around. He personally stepped in, took the time to resolve my concerns, and went above and beyond by walking me through all the advanced technology features in my new vehicle. Since my last car purchase was back in 2013, there was a lot to learn—and he made sure I felt confident and comfortable with everything. While the experience had a few bumps, the level of care and commitment to making things right ultimately made a big difference. Thank you to Mandy and Andrew for ensuring I drove away happy.
2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

2024 Lexus NX 250 review
There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

2023 Lexus RZ 450e review
I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. It’s like driving in your own little bubble—super peaceful, and perfect if you’re not into the constant road noise. On top of that, the ride is crazy smooth. It just glides over bumps, so you barely feel anything. Super comfy, too—whether you’re on a long road trip or just running errands around town, it’s one of those cars you actually enjoy being in for a while. The seats are really supportive, and there’s plenty of space for everyone inside. Looks-wise, it’s got that sleek, modern vibe going for it. The exterior turns heads, and the interior feels super premium without being over the top. Everything’s where you expect it to be, which makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the ride. If you’re into smooth, quiet drives and want something that looks as good as it feels, this car’s got it all. Would totally recommend it for anyone who likes a chill, comfortable drive.

2026 Lexus NX 350h review
My first Lexus ever ,the car I traded in towards this NX350h Luxury model was a 2023 Toyota Venza Limited hybrid .Loved the car and the MPG on the Venza was top notch incredible in town mpg better than expected thus the reason I purchased the NX350h was hoping the hybrid MPG would be close to the MPG I got with the Venza.Have only 650 miles on it thus far and it’s doing extremely well with the MPG as well .Love the car and find it quieter and more comfortable and slightly more responsive than my 2023 Venza .Thus far My rating would be 10 Love The Car as much I was hoping I would .

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus
