Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Thank you Juan for this elite, excellent, and positive experience with your team, department, and dealership. Execution was exquisite and exceeded my expectations indepth. Juan Martinez earned my trust and loyalty for not only the MB of LV dealership but for the automobile industry, as I have seen in the past varying degrees in differences of results as well as efforts regarding many challenges met unsuccessfully to satisfaction or expectation as a customer. Juan Martinez may be 1 of many within the field of service advisory, but he and MB of LV are 1 of 1 in my experience. I strongly recommend them and the group at MB of LV for any needs for your luxury vehicle experience. The deep attention to details was a key factor I noticed by the entire team. 2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

Nice vehicle. Great electronics. Very comfortable to drive. Severely lacks power as a turbo 4. Lacks pep that I expected when I purchased. A 6 cylinder would be a great fit. Small gas take makes for excessive trips to the gas station .

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
2021 Lexus NX 300h review
The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

2015 Lexus NX 200t review
Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

2024 Lexus LX 600 review
We purchased a 2024 LX600 F Sport about 6 months and really enjoy it. While we are a Lexus family, we did an exhaustive search of all luxury SUVs before settling on the LX. What we like about the LX: it's a beautiful vehicle inside and out. We love the exterior styling and glad we ended up with the F Sport trim. The interior is gorgeous with impeccable fit and finish. The seats are very comfortable. We like the way it rides. This SUV is built like a tank. No question it is way overbuilt. As long as the Twin Turbo V6 holds up (see some of the issues on the Toyota Tundra), this vehicle should last a very, very long time which is rare these days. We also like how the LXs hold their resale value so much better than any other luxury SUV which will help with overall operating cost. What we don't like as much: smallish gas tank + not great gas mileage = frequent stops at the gas station. There aren't as many bells and whistles as you will find on an Escalade and X7 (more stuff to break in our opinion). While it is about the right size for us, it's does not have as much interior room as other 3-row SUVs. The price - is this (or any car) worth $106k-116k? Overall we love the LX600. It's not perfect but nothing else out there is.

A few phone calls later I made the 300 mile drive with my trade. Came through a couple of snow storms RT 90 and 81. Met Mike and Bill and within a 1/2 hour had the deal done a paperwork going. Gassed up and headed to the Great White North. Again RT81 was it nice, 7 hours later I was back in Western NY. Experience was great, fair negotiations. The entire staff was very helpful. 2010 Lexus RX 350 review
Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

2017 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

2023 Lexus RX 350h review
It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!
