My Ford Ranger was in the shop for several days for a seatbelt issue and key replacements and the level of professionalism was top-notch from start to finish. I also want to recognize Mike Young, who oversaw the entire process. Mike's attention to detail while managing the repairs and getting my new keys made was impressive. He kept everything moving smoothly and ensured the work was done right. The entire staff was courteous, professional and efficient throughout the week. It is a large car that can really move for its size. The confort level is high! It heats and cools the seats plus it has the massage function on each of the front seats. Backseats have heat and are just as comfy to sit on. It's a great vehicle with the look and feel of luxury.

Over the past 15 or so years, I've bought 4 trucks from AA (a Chevy K1500, 3 Silverados) and I will do so again when I need another vehicle. My K1500 was a little small but ran great and served its purpose; upgraded to a '04 'Rado which was taken out in an accident by a texter; replacement crew cab too big for my needs but Chris and Dave found me another extend cab. I asked and they more than delivered! The guys are awesome to deal with and provide quality maintenance to all my vehicles, free oil changes and tire rotations. They even service my vehicles not purchased at Action Automotive. I can't say enough good things about these guys! I also enjoy visiting with Echo, the shop dog.
