I was looking for a used car. Ended up with a New Ford Focus . It has a lot of power for a small car drives like a dream. Dunn-Benson Ford is the best dealership all around that I have dealt with the service department is great the sales department also great everyone there is always so welcoming and friendly not pushy or rude its worth the drive .Very highly recommend them to all my friends
So I acquired about a car an when I called the company they were more than helpful with giving me directions an a number to another one of there lots to find the car I wanted, and apon arrival I was treated with good customer service an the dealers new a lot of the Carfax on the vehicles i asked about.

Drove up from Myrtle beach , traded in my car and got a honest our not better trade in Vaule . Bought a hummer that was in perfect shape. The whole process was quick and easy . Will definitely recommend this dealership to all
I would like to give a professional compliment to Joey in the sales department. I called asking about a new BMW and he went above and beyond expectations and was very professional. He offered to help search for a car within my price range, and this shows personal care about the customer(s).
Took my F150 in for warranty replacement of the master cylinder. This was taken care of in a satisfactory time. When my wife picked up the truck the check engine light was on. I returned to the dealer a couple of days later ( went out of town) to have this checked and was told that changing the brake cylinder would have no effect on the engine light and they did not have time to check. Was told I had to make app. to get it checked which meant another return trip to fix. Left and stopped at O'Rilleys Auto parts and within 3 min. they had read the computer and the intake air temp sensor was reading as defective. Raised the hood and found that the sensor had been unplugged while doing the cylinder. Sorry way to respond to a customer to correct an issue caused by your shop.
Shopped online to start with..found several trucks that I was interested in...drove to Southern pines (about an hour and a half drive)...Found 2 trucks...was not pressured at all by salesman (Ron Bundy)...made an offer...they countered....then drove to Parks Chevrolet in Charlotte to look at a couple of trucks that my buddy recommended to me(he is a salesman for Parks)...made an offer....they countered....not close to Crossroads offer...Ron emailed me thanking me for visit and asking what he could do...I called him...told him that I would take his offer...3 hours later, I picked up my 2015 F150...Paperwork was ready, finance office was unusually efficient and quick...The entire place has a Christian atmosphere which was ultimately what swayed me and my wife...Ron Bundy is an extremely nice guy and has checked on me twice in 30 days to make sure that I am still happy...I will return here and refer folks...Thanks to all of you...
Buying from CarMax was by far the easiest car purchase I ever had...I knew what i wanted before hand. Even when i changed my mind and went with a different Mazda3 in a different location...getting it delivered with easy as pie...No wheeling and dealing, no running back and forth to a "Finance Manager" for approvals, and no stare down matches with the salesperson. I filled out the paper work and it was a done deal. I will be shopping there again whenever it is time for my next car. I am happy with my purchase.
I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership, and i must say that I have always left extremely SATISFIED!!!! The Kelly and Kelly staff went above and beyond to make sure all my wants and needs were met! I have told all my friends and family to make sure to see them when searching for a vehicle. Yes, they do sell used cars but they make sure to make the vehicles are very clean and reliable! I love them so much and I will MOST DEFINITELY be back to purchase more vehicles from them!!!!!!
I've been doing business with Baker Chevrolet since they came to Reds Springs our family did business with previous owner. They have always treated there customers with respect. Regardless of what type of vehicle you desire if they don't have it they will get it. Recommend sales and service.
Having more trouble with the car than expected. I feel that I paid too much for the car to realize the problems I have experienced with ownership. Every time, I get my car serviced, technicians inflate my tires to 32psi. My car requires 35psi according to the label in the door. I have expressed this issue twice to maintenance, but unless I remind them they fill the car to 32psi. Nothing personal to the dealership or it's personnel, but I am really dissatisfied with the vehicle and the customer service I have received. My mother always said, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything". This advice has not been working for me concerning this vehicle and the dealership. Usually, I do not respond or give excellent marks on these surveys, but my experience with this vehicle and dealership is absolutely frustrating. I have been a faithful GM customer for my last 5 new vehicle purchases. I am afraid, I will start considering foreign cars in future vehicle purchase decisions and would get rid of the XTS tomorrow if I could without further loss.
