I love this car.Way better than my Ghibli SQ4 ( Gran Sport) . This twin-turbo Engine provides +500 hp and when you change to Corsa Mode its easy to forget you're driving an SUV.

Honestly I have no idea why people hate on this car, it is very reliable so far for our experience and Sounds amazing and is a pleasure for the ears. The car is comfortable and the screen has no glitches. If you want to keep up with reliability you will need to keep up with maintence, so its not that bad. The dealership apparently has a new policy of charging an additional 2% for credit card transactions. In and of itself, this policy is inconvenient and inconsistent with standard business practices of a large corporation. To make matters worse, they have an additional (and unwritten) policy of requiring exact change for cash transaction. So, when I went to pay in cash for my service, my payment was rejected because I did not have exact change. Thus, I ended up having to pay with a credit card and incur the additional 2% surcharge. If the dealership is trying to drive customers to cash transactions, they should be set up to handle normal cash transactions.

2016 Maserati Ghibli review
With over 40K miles, my Ghibli SQ4 is still running super smooth. Love this car...both styling and driving. No significant mechanical issues. I did run into a "turbo under-boost" code this year, but it was related to a worn seal in one of the duct(?) tubes. Anyhow, it was a $350 job via an honest local mechanic (not a dealer). In terms of driver technology engagement, the '16 Ghibli isn't perfect and I wish it was more tech-forward features. However, this would not have dissuaded me from buying the car. :) My wife's 2015 BMW 5-Series doesn't have Apple CarPlay either...but we survive.

Of course the ex wife and others said omg you got a headache of troubles by buying a Maserati! I ignored all. I have the 2014 SQ4 is incredible and the Sport mode is incredible. But a bit too dangerous for me because I always floor it!! Amazing and BEAUTIFUL car!

The sound and look of this car are awesome. No trunk space. Very comfortable. Not super fast. Handles well. Stereo is great. Ice amount of room in the back seat. Too fancy for me.
