It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! ( I definitely had that anxiety lol) no tricks, no games. He helped us with getting set up with full coverage insurance and making sure we get our registration. 2021 Mazda CX-30 review
Looking for a good looking car that also performed well. Did not want a cvt transmission, so that narrowed my choices. Liked the Mazda CX 30, and having owned Mazda's in the past decided a test drive in order. Was blown away with quality and driving dynamics. Performance with turbo was great. Deal done. Has been very dependable and well built so far.

2021 Mazda CX-30 review
We've owned the 2021 CX-30 for 2 years. It feels solid, well built and provides good value. Gas mileage is good at 30mpg combined. On the negative side, the ride is a bit jittery. And the battery tends to act up if you don't drive the car for at least 15 minutes at a time. The dealer explained this is necessary, because all the technology and chips that are packed into it need more time to warm up - which is a dubious assertion. But it is what it is. Will be trading for another Toyota hybrid, which in our view is the gold standard based on 11 years experience with a 2010 Prius.

2021 Mazda CX-30 review
Beautiful, finely crafted vehicle. Nothing else comes close to the quality and value for the money - or for even significantly more. Great fuel economy. I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. Very happy.

Purchased from MT Vernon dealership. Wife went to look at the car prior to myself looking. I appreciate them respecting her not pressuring a sale. When I was able to look, the salesman (forgot the name opps) was helpful and straight forward and understood the car buying experience knowing a customer will want to negotiate the best price out the door. Overall good experience. Only real complaint is all the extra non-sense they want to tack on your loan, off the top was able to decline $2,300 right away. But I do get it they are a business needing to make $. Only thing I do appreciate is they didn't force it down your throat so it's a wash.

Zackary D was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. While waiting, my phone battery was dead and I almost missed an important business call—he went out of his way to find me a charging cable so I could keep working comfortably. What truly surprised me was the headlight issue. My headlights had become very cloudy over time, and another shop had quoted me over $2,000 to replace them. Bella from the service department took the time to professionally clean the headlight covers with what seemed like a special solution, and they became completely clear again—no replacement needed at all. I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork between Zackary and Bella. Thanks to them, I saved a significant amount of money and now feel confident that my daughter can drive the car safely. This was real, thoughtful customer service, not just routine service. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
