Went to have my car maintained a few days ago and assisted by Amanda who was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Quick and detailed service.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

Bought a new truck from Dulina at Bomin Nanuet and I was very pleased at the transparency and speed of everything. Throughout the whole process Dulina stayed with me and even went as far as getting my insurance for the new truck. Definitely going back to him.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

Koeppel Mazda review
Extremely grateful to a wonderful team I was lucky to work with at Koeppel Mazda: Bethany Carpenter, Ben Ehrlich and Steve Kontonicolaou. Bethany Carpenter is the most patient and personable sales manager I have ever met. I was very indecisive whether to take a new lease/ buy out existing car/ or even switching a dealership. Bethany proved to be trustworthy and really understanding my situation. Ben Ehrlich is an outstanding manager, who was able to get me a great deal that made me a very happy returning customer, feeling heard and valued. Steve Kontonicolaou - financial expert, who sees beyond numbers and also understands every individual situation. I am so happy in my beautiful new Mazda CX-30. Thank you so much, Bethany, Ben and Steve!!!
2025 Mazda CX-5 review
We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

Sansone Rt 1 Auto Mall review
The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

2022 Mazda CX-5 review
We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Huntington Honda review
I bought a Honda Accord Hybrid there in February 2026 and could not be happier. I had the best sales experience ever with Javier, who is an incredible asset to the dealership. He was easy to deal with, listened, and was incredibly personable. I had done my homework on the car when I walked in, had driven it, and knew where I wanted to be on price. He picked up on all of this in our first conversation and came back with a fair price. Easily the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Even after delivery, he followed up to make sure I was happy with everything and helped me get some additional accessories I wanted. A+++ for Javier!
2025 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

I was recommended by my brother to come here, and I’m really glad I did. Eugene was extremely helpful throughout the process. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend others to stop by when looking for a vehicle.
2023 Mazda CX-5 review
We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

MAZDA OF VALLEY STREAM review
My thanks to sales person Kareem. He was super helpful and made my lease agreement very easy. I recommend him and Mazda of Valley Stream to anyone looking for new car.
2025 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought a new 2025 Mazda CX-5 Signature before they were gone and no longer available because I really like that this car though not perfect and to some people kind of dated in design and execution but to me is full of good elements that future cars including the 2026 CX-5 will lack. Exterior styling that does not get old quickly and still looks good without being too flashy. A great interior that looks and feels premium with quality soft touch materials throughout. An engine ( Turbo ) and transmission (Not a CVT!!!) combo that makes driving a pleasure. The way the suspension is setup is another thing about this car that makes me want to go for a ride any chance I get. The meaty steering feel , not over assisted and numb. This is a compact SUV that shouldn't feel this enjoyable to drive but it does. You sit a bit higher and taller in the saddle and have a good view ahead and around you with the nice large mirrors and 360 cameras . When my wife is riding next me enjoys the view. The wind shield is not too big and far away and steeply raked which is easier to clean inside and doesn't heat the interior up. The controls some might call old fashioned or retro but as far as I am concerned you just cannot improve on dedicated knobs and buttons for hvac and interor functions and the well placed controls on the steering wheel, drivers door and center consol ( The large control dial and volume knob are perfect!). And who doesn't love a good old shifter with a nice looking leatherette boot at the bottom of it retro but in a good way! Yes ok the the gauge cluster isn't over the top with flashy effects and the infotanment setup and screen size are dated but for me that's a good thing. I don't need too much tech or too much screen, this is more than enough for me, Call me an old fashioned nerd but I prefer books to screens anyday! The Bose stereo sounds good but isn't mind blowing just a good step up from the base unit. This feels like a very well sorted out and put together vehicle. You get in it and drive. No fiddling fumbling and adjusting this and that . You get in adjust your seat and mirrors and go. The pure enjoyment of just how well this car behaves in my hands makes me enjoy driving it. It feels tight and solid with a firm ride that tames rough roads well without being too floaty or harsh and punishing. I think it's a very good balance that rewards the drivers with good driving dynamics and fun. The brakes are solid, competant and feel right from the get go and take no getting used to. The turbo engine is really torquey and doesn't need to be over rev'd to get it to pull. It has a nice sound without sounding silly. Gas milage is not the best but I figured that to be and accept it. The tranny works well with engine. It is smooth and does what a good transmission should do almost invisably with no clunkiness or gear hunting. The CX-5 interior is nice comfortable ( and dare I say somewhat elegant and classy ) the dark Caturra brown nappa leather seats with contrasting stitching and perferations for heating front and back and cooling in the front look beautiful and myself and my passengers find very comfortable. The rest of the interior is mostly black with real wood trim ( Who does that anymore) The interior is quiet with no sqeeks rattles or road noise (so far)! Rear seat room is enough far the average sized person. And the trunk space considering the vehicle size is fine. All cars cost way too much now but what you get for the money I really think when compared to other compact SUV's is a good value and the quality fit and finish (Made in Japan!) doesn"t feel cheap. I only gave the reliability rating 3 stars because this would be better answered in say 5 years. I am a first time Mazda owner and having commited to older (proven) technology in a changing turbulant world ( ICE engine not Hybrid or EV) I can only hope that this purchase plays out well.........Fingers crossed and happy motoring Zoom Zoom!

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

I love my Honda HR-V! Harvey as we affectionately call him has the advanced features one expects from a modern vehicle, many of which, one year later, I still do not know how to use ;) The dealer however has taken great care to ensure my service experiences were top notch. Technically, it was perfection. Customer experience-wise, exceptional. Both Catherine Espinoza-Corella and Jonathan Simeone were excellent representatives of Empire Mazda, making me feel special and rewarding my patience with exceptional service. I say "patience" due to the wait. But they fit me in at the last minute, so I really cannot complain!!!

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

Schwartz MazdaReviews
Schwartz Mazda review
TRUTH BE TOLD I literally Shopped eight other dealerships before I finally walked into SCHWARTZ MAZDA! Why you may ask? After all 12 years ago I arrived in New Jersey in my Magnificent RX-7! Oh how I have missed Her! I’ve owned lovely SUV’S since, and way back when many MAZDA’S but never thought I could afford such luxury again! Boy oh boy was I wrong! When I dug down deep and opened their glorious doors only to see nothing but Magnificence in front of my eyes whichever way I turned! That along with Smiles from anyone who made eye contact with me. Nice change from being bombarded from “Bored Hungry Hunting” salesmen in most car dealerships that I visited in the last 2 weeks! By now knowing quite a bit more about “A Woman” shopping a car all my her lonesome…I had learned a thing or two about “Games, Hidden charges and Fees!” No, Not nice! But Not at SCHWARTZ MAZDA! Not for one moment did I feel that Noah Anderson, my salesman wasn’t listening to my needs, he knew I was “The Real Deal!” And that was exactly what I needed, just to be Heard and to get the Best Vehicle that I Could Afford! By chance I did get to meet their General Manager, a True Gentleman, Sean Lennon! A man with one of the Most Humble, Kind and Gentle Soul’s with the Utmost Respect for my position I had been left with after being a victim of a most “Wicked and Evil Scam!” I can write a book about that day, but better than that I MUST APPLAUD and give SCHWARTZ MAZDA and their Associates a TRIPLE A+ Rating! A TEAM to be “Respected and Mirrored!” Anyone looking now or in the near future for a new or used vehicle that fits their budget ~~Do Not, I Repeat DO NOT Hesitate…. YOU MUST VISIT SCHWARTZ MAZDA in Shrewsberry!! That’s exactly what you will get and more because of the Respect and Kindness Everyone shares and shows you the moment you walk through their doors! And by the way..an added benefit~they’re “Dog Friendly” as well. So don’t leave your “Best Friend” home! Oh how I Love My CX-30! Marlene B. Oakhurst
2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.
