Just do it!!! This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me, not just in making a sale, which I appreciated so much!! He took the time to explain everything in a way that was very easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The finance manager (Ethan), was just as great! He walked me through all the paperwork, explained my options super clearly, and made the whole process simple and hassle free. What I appreciated most was the honesty and transparency. There were no games and no surprises. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and kept everything within the price range I was comfortable with. They didn’t try to upsell or give me a bunch of crap that I didn’t need. I’m telling you, this is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with! The entire team went above and beyond, and I left feeling excited about my purchase. I had called Auto Connections early one morning to inquire about a car I’d seen on Cars.com. A nice gentleman named Stu answered the phone. I really didn’t expect anybody to be at the facility as it was only 8 am. We had a wonderful conversation about growing up in Seattle, life in general, and lastly about the car I was interested in. About 30 minutes into the conversation I asked what his relationship with the dealership was? (I had assumed he was on the maintenance staff or the cleaning crew) To my Suprise he told me he was the owner, along with his partner Keith. I told him I’d be there in 5 hours and he said Keith would be waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership and entering the building I was totally floored! A collection of the most amazing vehicles I had seen in a long time. The next more impressive than the first, all beautiful and in pristine condition. I looked around and nobody was in the building which I found quite odd. (Most dealerships the sales staff swarms you). Finally I found a gentlemen in a back office, his name was Keith. What a wonderful individual. We drove the car around for several blocks and returned to the dealership. Keith provided the information about the vehicle, a CARFAX, what they had checked on the car and answered every question I had. Very comfortable individual to deal with. I was sold! We agreed upon a price and I told him I’d be back in the am with a check. There was no pressure to sign anything just a handshake, trust has been established. The next morning I met Stu the other owner. He was a wonderful gentlemen and we had a nice conversation. Doing my research that evening, I had discovered some issues with this particular vehicle and had gone down a Rabbit Hole on the internet. I made my concerns heard by Stu and he reluctantly gave me a few more hundred dollars off the price of the vehicle. This was both unfair to Keith, whom I had agreed to on a price, and to Stu who hadn’t been in on the prior days negotiations. When my wife and I returned a few days later, I returned the extra monies to Stu and apologized for my selfish behavior. I asked him to also sincerely apologize to Keith as we had made a purchase agreement. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Auto Connections. The car was made ready and any detailing and issues were addressed by Shane, the most grifted detail man in the business. This gentlemen is truly amazing at what he can do for a car. He went the extra 100 miles, even sanded the headlights for a clear beautiful look. Auto Connections covered all their bases and have the experience to truly find the car of your dreams. When dealing with Auto Connections please remember you are purchasing a “used car”. There will be some things that will need attention, that will be your responsibility. “Just make sure there is a lug wrench in the truck”. Thank you Stu, Keith and Shane

2021 Mazda CX-5 review
I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

2021 Mazda CX-5 review
Such a joy to drive. You can’t go wrong with a Mazda. While the CX-5 is on the smaller side, it fits our needs and is so fun to drive. It looks sharp from the outside and has a lot of comfort on the inside. Technology options are good and it has a solid warranty but you won’t need it as Mazda is one of the most reliable brands on the road.

2021 Mazda CX-5 review
The only issue I have had was the code P0126 having to do with the thermostat. This is common for this car. I was 170 miles from home when it happened. I talked to a Mazda dealer and they said I could drive it home, which I did and made an appointment with the dealer to have it fixed. It has not happened again. I am very happy with this car!

Looks sharp. Smooth ride. Comfortable for me as a driver. Perfect size for me as a single homeowner. Good gas mileage, averaging 27-32 mpg. Love the bright RED with black leather seats.

2021 Mazda CX-5 review
I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.
