2023 Mazda CX-5 review
We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

My car-buying experience at Heritage Hyundai was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and introduced to my salesperson, Stan?and I can honestly say, Stan is the man! He never pressured me into making a purchase. Instead, he took the time to answer all of my questions, carefully showed me the vehicle I was interested in, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. When I mentioned that I hadn't eaten all day, he even went out of his way to bring me lunch. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service is hard to find. I also had the pleasure of meeting Corbin, the manager. His positive attitude and constant smile created such a welcoming atmosphere, and his enthusiasm was contagious. What impressed me even more was the follow-up after the sale. The very next day, Stan called to check on me and make sure I was happy with my new car. I mentioned a few minor cosmetic issues, and without hesitation, he assured me he would take care of them?and he absolutely did. If you're looking for a dealership that truly values its customers, I highly recommend Heritage Hyundai. Be sure to ask for Stan. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made this the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I promise you won't regret it!
2023 Mazda CX-5 review
Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.
