A+ Great dealership! This is how buying a car should be! Salesman Mark is a great guy!
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

Everyone was great at this dealership, I worked with Kieran Murphy for the lease of my new Mazda and he was great! Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and I felt they really understood what I was looking for and my goals. It was super quick, and Kieran gave me lots of options and helped me decide which path was best for me! The most seamless car buying/leasing experience I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning to northtown Mazda!

Car shopping isn’t exactly how I’d normally choose to spend my free time, but Madison actually made it fun. She was friendly, easygoing, responsive, and great to work with from beginning to end. The dealership worked hard on financing and came up with a solid offer, but my pre-approval was just too tough to beat. I really appreciated that there was never any pressure or nonsense about it. Great communication and an all-around excellent buying experience.

I had an outstanding experience working with Drew! From start to finish, his patience and professionalism made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, demonstrating an impressive depth of knowledge without ever being pushy. What stood out most was Drew’s attention to detail and genuine commitment to making sure everything was perfect. After the purchase, he even spent over an hour with me walking through all the car’s technology to make sure I felt completely comfortable and confident using every feature. That level of care is truly rare. If you’re looking for a car buying experience that’s honest, smooth, and pressure-free, I highly recommend working with Drew. He’s a true professional and an absolute

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Morgan Automotive Inc.Reviews
Morgan Automotive Inc. review
What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. PLEASE don’t miss the opportunity to buy a car from this group, you will not be disappointed.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

Mazda of West Ridge review
I took my car here for its first service since I got it a couple months ago and I was super pleased! Scheduling was easy and they were only scheduling a week ahead, so that wasn?t too long of a way to get in. When I got there, the service staff were friendly and quick and amazing. And while I waited inside, working on my laptop, the Wi-Fi was accessible, and the environment was lovely. Someone even brought me a bottle of water, which was a nice treat! Overall incredible experience.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Very satisfied, all maintenance work has been done by this dealer. My next purchases will be tires, very competitive pricing. I would suggest giving them a look.

Mazda of West Ridge review
Had my car dropped off to get oil changed and tires rotated, as well as a nail removed from tire. This was a leased vehicle.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
By far the best Sub $40k vehicle I've ever owned. And I'm a UAW worker. Driving, Power, Interior material quality are top notch. Alot of soft touch materials.
