Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield review
2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. It was great to see him and the whole deal took only three hours. Alex explained everything about car and paperwork. He remembered us and his personal touch was sincere. No pressure. John in financing was extremely easy to work with. I love the service department too. This is a great dealership.

I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process was handled quickly and I was soon headed back to Vermont. Great price! No comparison to going into a new car dealership. I will return for my next car.

I have to say that was the easiest car buying experience I ever had at a dealership besides Carvana. Cameron Landry was down to earth and really made me feel valued as a customer. The entire group at Werner made me feel welcome and I can tell they support the military as everyone thanked me for my service (Active Duty Air Force Recruiter). Needless to say I will definitely return when I need to purchase another vehicle. Thank you again Cameron/Werner group for taking great care of my family and God Bless! -MSgt Steven Marquis

This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. He was not pushy, he responded right away whenever I reach out to him with any questions. He found what I was looking for at a fair price. I was in and out of the dealer whiten 2 hours. These people do not play games for profit. Very fair!!!

We had such a wonderful experience at North Shore Mazda! Robert S. my daughter’s salesperson, did an amazing job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what my daughter was looking for. He made the entire process easy and comfortable without making her feel pressured. The rest of the team was also fantastic. Sales manager, Tom was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great experience. You can tell that they truly care about their customers. I am extremely happy with the experience my daughter had at North Shore Mazda and would highly recommend Robert and the entire team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a stressful process such a positive and enjoyable experience!

From start to finish, this was the best buying experience I've had. Cameron was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. He went over everything before I signed to insure transparency. I never felt pressured. At delivery, he went over the entire vehicle to make sure I understood how my new car worked, and insisted I contact him if there were questions once I got it home. The entire process was so easy, and best of all, I know I got a fair deal. If you're in the market for a new car, do yourself a favor and visit Werner first.

Buying a car from North end Subaru is like visiting with friends. This is our 3rd Subaru purchased there. They are always friendly, honest and trustworthy. Working with Mike Pinto, who sold us our first car was friendly and professional. Our salesman was Greg Nuorimo who sold us our second and third cars was patient, flexible. He makes you feel comfortable, he won’t pressure you, which is why he gets repeat customers. Mike Sparks in financing was incredibly helpful. Customer service and prices are hard to beat. Thank you for helping us make this pleasant and comfortable.

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I was impressed with the video That they sent me explaining what they did. I thought that was pretty interesting.

Today I leased a 2023 Mazda CX-5. I am very happy with this vehicle. The salesman, Paul Denning did an outstanding job in presenting the new features of the CX-5. I was very impressed with the auto start of the vehicle from an app on my phone. Paul took care of all the registration and demonstrated a lot of patience in getting a "binder" from my insurance company so I could get the CX-5 within 24 hours. I strongly recommend Liberty Mazda for your next vehicle and you are in good hands with Paul Denning.

We bought my daughter's first car with Kai's help (a Mazda CX-50), and he was excellent to work with! Knowledgeable, efficient, and no-nonsense - a true professional! Thank you, Kai!

Werner Mazda review
Cannot say enough good things about Werner and my experience. In March I got a new Cx-30, Tucker was great in helping match a package that fit my needs and ordered me in the car. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended and 7 weeks later the car was deemed a total loss. Tucker was then able to re-order me the same exact car, package and colors and it came in within a week, with the same great deal. I hadn't planned to come back so quickly for another new car but Tucker and Jay made a very stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this dealership

Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.
