Nucar Chevrolet of New Castle review
Nucar Chevrolet gave me a completely satisfying experience when I purchased my new 2019 Silverado High Country. The dealership offered a wide selection of trucks -- in a variety of colors and trim packages. As an out of state customer, the dealership worked together as a team to put together an attractive cash purchase for me. Great communication, and extremely friendly service! I am very happy with my purchase, and would definitely shop at Nucar for a future auto purchase.

I brought my Transit Connect for "The Works" to the Service Center for an oil change, etc. today. Was greeted by Paul Rubin, Asst. Svc. Mgr. who assisted through the process and kept up informed throughout the visit. He was sooo helpful and nice and even helped me with syncing my phone to the van. Will definitely ask for his assistance when I go back again. Thanks Paul for quality care.

2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

I worked with Mike Whitney and was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism throughout my time at Piazza. He was very friendly and took the time to understand what my needs/wants were in a new vehicle. Piazza also offered a fair trade-in deal, and a great offer on my new cx3 overall. Overall, I had a great buying experience with Mike and the entire Piazza team.

I had 2 issues following my Detail visit. One involved unfinished cleaning of my dashboard area which was promptly remedied. The other was a missing letter ?K? from the rear of my car. New letters were ordered and I will make an appt this week to have them applied. Everyone was agreeable and most courteous.
2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

John Kennedy Mazda Conshohocken review
Dear John Kennedy Subaru, January 3, 2019 With this letter I would hereby like to compliment several of your employees, GM – Anthony Barone, Used Sales Manager - Stephen Pelligrini, Sales consultants - Trevor Wagner and Arex Monroe, along with your service department, a host of other staff, and the John Kennedy family themselves, for the excellent and compassionate service they provided me and my sister over the past several weeks. While dealing with an unexpected, horrible loss of life of a family member due to a horrific traffic accident and its resulting life altering events, John Kennedy Subaru has been the shining light that made a huge difference within our lives. I am writing to thank you for your gracious donation, and the quality of service provided by your dealership. My sister Caroline, and I sincerely appreciate your efficient, benevolent customer service, as well as the level of detail and accountability you have demonstrated, both during and after our purchase of a vehicle, and the way you conduct business as a whole. In a time when the realities of life and the loss of life has knocked our family to staggering depths, John Kennedy Subaru and your staff were able provide us the lift we needed to continue down the road of recovery. I will surely recommend your dealership to others and will always remember the compassion and superior customer service you have provided. Again my sister Caroline, and I could not be more satisfied with our overall experience with your dealership and I look forward to continuing this relationship and spreading the word to others. This type of compassion, professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer service and satisfaction has to be acknowledged. Having had such a remarkably pleasant and memorable experience with your dealership, it would be remiss of me to miss this opportunity of acknowledgement by not writing a letter of gratitude. Again, John Kennedy Subaru… THANK YOU!!! Sincerely, Avery Johnson – Landenberg, PA
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
The additional 6” in width makes the CX-50 do much more spacious than my two previously owned CX-5s. Cornering is much more stable. The turbo 4cylinder engine has the get up and go necessary for highway merges or passing left lane, driving to grandma’s house on Sunday Afternoon hogs! After owning my vehicle for just two weeks, there are only three negatives to date: 1. Poor explanations/directions in owner’s manual. 2. Poor gas mileage both HWY/City 3. No Manual Transmission option.

2025 Mazda CX-50 review
as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

On December 27th I entered a review about a problem getting the dealer to fix my daughter's new car when the catalytic converter was stolen. As the dealer promised in their response to the review, they stepped up in a big way and found the part my daughter needed to get her CX-5 back on the road. We really appreciate John Kennedy Mazda going the extra mile to service her new car given that the shortage of catalytic converters is a nation-wide problem. This was not an easy problem to solve and the dealer put in the extra effort to remedy the problem. We appreciate the good service and would recommend this dealer.

Not a big review guy but had to write one for this experience. Joe and Marty at the Conshy dealership are incredible. They get it...they make the experience as best as possible and they’re not fake about it. They put me in the right car for my situation with no pressure or dumb sales tactics. If you want to be treated like a normal person, check out the Kennedy dealerships. Best decision I’ve made in a car purchase. The owners should be proud.
2026 Mazda CX-50 review
The CX-50 is a great car. The exterior and interior are sleek and luxurious, and it drives great. The combo leather/canvas seats are awesome, because you still get the look of leather without the sticky/sweaty feel. Responsive infotainment system and variety of control options (joystick, touch screen, steering wheel buttons) is nice. AWD works great for me in the mountains.

2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I had 2018 cx-5 for 6 years and traded for 2025 cx-50 last October it has 6800 miles on it now here’s my opinion on both vehicles CX-5 has more mature feeling when you drive it Feels heavier and quieter and eat more gas also little bit of old technology than cx-50 CX-50 has good gas mileage, little more power, lighter feel than cx-5,newer technology and better seats than cx-5 Also when you drive on highway it’s more comfortable for steer feeling than cx-5 So it’s your preference of what kind of drive feels do you like Both vehicles have a good reliability

Purchased a 2019 Avalon from the dealership. Spoke with Jamie and Dan was the sales person I worked with. They offered me a great deal on the price upfront. Ended up with a beautiful car at a very fair price thanks to Dan and Jamie. Check this dealership out if you need a new or used car. They were awesome!
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

2025 Mazda CX-50 review
My tenth Mazda since 2010. Good looking vehicle, interior is well done. My only issue is road noise from the tires. It is a Turbo Premium Plus but louder than my 2019 CX9 GT. Not much wind noise or any other noise but just the tires.

With everything going on in this world it was awesome to deal with a dealership that made my family and I feel welcomed and appreciated. Robert D. was very caring and helpful. He was patient and did not rush the deal and stayed an hour past his time. Thank you and continue to keep your professional work ethics.

I’m not really into writing reviews but sometimes people treat you so good you just have to. Khader was amazing. It didn’t even feel like I was buying a car. Everything went so smooth and in my way I cannot ask for anything more than that. it didn’t even feel like I was buying a car. 2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Have the 2025 CX-50 in white premium addition. Often think whether I should have bought the turbo as I wish I had some more power, but I didn’t want to give our insurance a reason to hike rates. It gets the job done and in style. Interior is nicely finished but I’ve experienced many little rattles from instrument cluster, A pillar, mounted Bose speakers, etc. lots of felt tape was needed to mitigate. Technology is the major con here. Constantly have to reconnect Bluetooth so I just plug it in now all the time. Wireless phone charger never works - it overheats seemingly after two minutes and stops working. At times the tailgate buttons seem to get confused and don’t know what you’re asking it to do. And the way the doors all lock / unlock together can be frustrating and I’ve learned that it depends on how many times you hit the disarm / unlock button on the key fob. Finally, memory seats never worked since buying it new, and I’m too lazy to bring it in all day for that. I like the car but I’m not sure I’ll get into another one after my time is up with it.

Working with Twin Pine was a great experience. Bruce was very helpful and did not make us feel pressured at all. Adam was also very helpful with going through all the paperwork. I would highly recommend working with Twin Pine.
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.
