He took the time to walk me through the different options, answer all of my questions honestly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the decision. What really stood out was how attentive he was — he listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the right vehicle instead of just trying to “sell” me something. He also made the test drive and walkthrough of the car really helpful, pointing out features and making sure I understood everything before leaving. He made the financing and paperwork portion straightforward and efficient, which made a big difference in keeping the whole experience stress-free.
