I went to Test Drive a CX90 PHEV and worked with Carlos. Carlos was exceptionally knowledgeable on the vehicle and the test drive route he directed me through really highlighted the vehicles performance and handling. The dealership was very modern feeling and had a very large variety of colors and packages available. 11/10 recommend Carlos and Chantilly Mazda

Super friendly, super efficient. And you washed my car!! I will definitely continue coming here for my service. Thank you!
2026 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.

I like the fact that I can get a loaner car when my car has too much work to finish in a day. I like the fact that now we can see a video of the problem before the work is done. I have not had any problems with the car breaking down and I think that is because the mechanics are conscientious in looking out for future problems.

The CX-90 is our 3rd Mazda purchase. We've been owners since 1995, starting with the Mazda Protégé, and had our eye on the new 2025 CX-90 SUV since last year. The Safford Brown staff was welcoming and professional, and our sales rep, Joshua Cruz allowed us to take our time to look around, and really listened to our desires and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. (We even left and came back a couple of weeks later!) We weren't exactly sure of what color, and type of package etc., but Josh was patient, and very informative about each series, which aided in our decision-making. This proud Mazda owner is very satisfied with our purchase, car performance and the staff at Safford-Brown Mazda!!! 5 stars!!!

I have now worked with Loyalty Ambassador Mr. Kurt Collins on two separate occasions - once to move from a lease to a finance (Apr '24), and once to lease a new vehicle (Aug '24). In both instances, Mr. Collins distinguished himself by offering a comfortable approach to the task at hand. Mr. Collins was friendly, detail-oriented, and a true asset to the myriad of directly and indirectly-related questions. If you are in the market for a new Mazda vehicle, do yourself a solid and ask for Kurt Collins by name!

My son just bought a certified Mazda6 from Hamilton Mazda. Based on our interaction with Don Calilap and the price agreed to, we drove 3 hours from upstate NY to buy the car. The dealership exceeded our expectations in every way. The car was perfect and all preps were complete. They put brand new Yokohama tires at 26k miles and the car did not have a scratch on it. My son is thrilled.

I stopped by on my way home from work because an indicator light had come on. Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?

Rosenthal Gaithersburg Mazda review
My rating applies solely to the retail side of their business (used cars). I have not experienced their services yet. Pros: expeditious online inquiry follow-up, great customer service, informative staff. Cons: sales floor layout needs revamping, some new car sales guys could brush up on customer intake. First off, I am THE last person I would have expected to be writing a review of an Acura dealership, much less owning one. Honestly, Honda does a very poor job of linking itself to its luxury brand (Acura) - especially compared to Toyota and its Lexus brand. After already having decided to purchase a Lexus RX, I decided to contact them on a whim due to the local dealers not having the darker interior I wanted readily in stock. I found a solid match in their online inventry (MDX with tech pkg) and submitted an inquiry. Within hours I received a response and set up a time to test drive. My salesperson was very knowledgeable, polite, and bent over backwards to address all issues/inquiries I had related to purchasing - including coming in to meet with me on his day off! After having endured weeks of tiring back and forth with others dealers who failed to simplify my process by being upfront re: pricing, availability, and specs. Granted the new car sales on the floor could use some brushing up on customer intake (it's clear that used car customers are not their priority), I completed my car buying experience with renewed excitement thanks to Rosenthal Acura's simple, streamlined, customer-focused process. Harpreet and his colleagues are amazing - no aggravating time-wasters there!

Heritage Mazda Catonsville review
I had an amazing experience at heritage Mazda Catonsville. Rob Summers is an excellent sales person! He was very kind and did not rush me with the test drive so that I could really figure out which car was best for me (I test drove 3 different models). Victor that sales manager was also very kind and offered an amazing deal. Between the price, the features of the car and the service it was a no brainer to buy the car. I would highly recommend this Mazda dealership to someone looking to purchase a new Mazda. I went to 3 different Mazda dealerships and Heritage Mazda Catonsville had the best customer service and price!

Heritage Mazda Catonsville review
We had an excellent experience purchasing our new 2026 Mazda CX-5 from Heritage Mazda Catonsville, and we especially want to thank Joe Summers for all of his help. From the moment we arrived, Joe was incredibly patient and never made us feel pressured. We test drove three different vehicles before making our decision, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us compare different options so we could choose the right vehicle for us. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Joe guided us through the entire buying process. There was a lot of paperwork and financing details to go through, but he explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The process took longer than expected, yet he stayed late with us until everything was completed. We truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism. Joe was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. We're very happy with our new Mazda and highly recommend both Joe Summers and Heritage Mazda Catonsville to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Heritage Mazda Catonsville review
Overall the dealership was good they do have a little issue with communication. There were a few times I replied to the salesman‘s email, but he never replied back. One of them was price of the vehicle. He said he was going to talk to his manager but he never replied back. There was also another time where I was going to come down and test drive the vehicle, but he never replied back, so I took that as he didn’t mind me coming down. I ended up buying the vehicle despite some of the body imperfections on the car that the dealership should have mentioned. Despite that the car is in great shape and runs extremely well!

Safford Mazda SterlingReviews
Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.
