I found our new RX350L using cars.com. Nikki contacted me and we worked out a deal. I drove 5.5 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival Nikki had everything ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal was exactly as we discussed and there were no miscellaneous up charges. If there would have been I would have left instantly. I didn’t pass an employee at the dealership without receiving a sincere greeting. There was also a very nice waiting area with refreshments. My purchase experience was simple and quick. Nikki even arranged for my rental car to be picked up. Even this dealership is 5.5 hrs away I will definitely give them an opportunity to make the deal on my next Lexus.
I bought a Camry from Jake Newman at Jake Sweeney Mazda West this summer. Not only was he kind and understanding but he also played with my kids while I signed papers. He didn't lie and was straight up about everything. I have since referred two family members to him and he gave them the same awesome service. This is by far the BEST dealership in the Cincinnati area. Their customer service is way above standard compared to others in the tri-state. I had a wonderful experience with the sales staff and I never felt pressured. I felt that everyone there really cared about it being my decision and wanted to help me make the best choice. I had lots of questions, and they were more than happy to answer each of them. I had the opportunity to speak with management about my wonderful experience and I have to say that the management staff is just as friendly and helpful. They really wanted to earn my business, and I'm proud to say that I'm loving my new CX-5.
Easiest buying process ever. I’ve purchased about 30 cars over the years this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had bar none. No car dealer BS - no 4 square crap none of that back and forth trying to extract every nickel it was just really professional.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. They do an excellent job of getting my CX-5 serviced in a timely manner. Dave is an excellent mechanic. That's why I drive 2 hours to have my vehicle serviced there. Great experience!!!
Normal maintenance done for a CX5. Waited for service to be completed.Was impressed with the new waiting room. Wait time was expected. Impressed with the new technology used to inform you of work needed to be done,via cell phone.

Easter weekend I had my vehicle towed in because of damage to my tire after hitting a pothole & not being able to locate my vehicle lug nut key. That Monday the service dept. was very busy of course, but the wonderful guys (Jeff Ames, Adam Blakely & Ben Conover) at Jake Sweeney Mazda were able to fit me in, taking care of necessary service to make my vehicle suitable for driving & even provided me with a loaner vehicle. I am a loyal Jake Sweeney Mazda customer & feel comfortable taking my vehicle there. I trust the team & feel confident that they will take care of my vehicle without depleting my bank account. Also, the guys are always very friendly, personable & patient with me. Thanks for always making my experience at service dept. pleasant.
There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
Chuck Cantor is great to work with! They did a nice job on our seats. I noticed the seatbelt was twisted on my way out of the parking lot. Chuck apologized, got the car right back into service and had us on the road in about 10 minutes with the problem fixed. I just wish they were closer. I was a little scatterbrained that day and Chuck was very gracious.
This is my fourth Volkswagen and my second time buying from Kings VW. I drive out of my way to go to Kings because of their awesome knowledgeable sales staff and great selection.
