I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Drove over 3 hours to look at a car that was not as advertised. Lots of body damage, that was not revealed during many conversations with the salesperson. Disappointed. I checked reviews before making the drive, so not what I expected.
Couldn???t have been more pleased with dealership and with Brian Starkey, the salesman. Brian was very knowledgeable and courteous and went the extra mile for me in finding the right vehicle for me. I???m pretty hard to please but Brian made the process easy. He even took my calls on his day off to find me the right vehicle. Good person good salesman
My name is Robert Pearce (405-736-5226) and I had my car serviced on Saturday the 9th of June at Nelson Mazda in Norman Oklahoma. I was informed at that time that my pre-paid maintenance service would end at the 25,000 mile mark. This does not correlate to what I thought I purchased with the car when you were Reynolds Mazda (Schedule 1 Maintenance Plan). During the financing portion of my car the financing representative sold me this plan which supposedly goes out to 60K miles. I agreed to have this included in my purchase contract and now it appears that Mazda is reneging on this purchase. If this is so then we need to adjust the financing to correctly reflect that this add on is no longer in effect. I am very disappointed. The vehicle I purchased was in exceptional condition. I looked at many at other dealers before I purchased. Price was very fair and the price I was offered for my trade was the highest I had been offered anywhere.
