Recently purchased new from Mazda of Manchester. With all the consumer information available these days, new Mazdas basically sell themselves, the dealerships basically direct traffic, manage the transactions and negotiations. Having said that, Mazda of Manchester was extremely efficient and professional and I drove off feeling I had been treated extremely fairly, especially during the trade-in appraisal process, which can be very painful, as I learned at rival Mazda dealerships during my hunt. With dealer discounts and Mazda Loyalty rebates applied, the OTD price paid was thousands less than I had budgeted. Lisa and Kris were helpful and knowledgeable throughout and after the transaction, and were very flexible in working within my schedule and timeframes. Social-distancing protocols surely compromised the typical workflow in the dealership paperwork process, but everything was handled creatively and efficiently. I will highly recommend doing business with these guys if you are in the market for a Mazda!

As most can attest, the process of shopping, comparing, test driving and finally deciding on a vehicle, new or used, can be quite the intimidating endeavor. Especially in my particular state - still owing a loan payoff on my current vehicle. My recent experience at Flood Mazda in Wakefield, RI was hands down the most rewarding and delightful experience I’ve ever encountered in purchasing a vehicle. Nick Maiello was incredibly helpful when I initially called after checking out several (non-Mazda vehicles) on the Flood website. I honestly had no interest in Mazda… and was looking at other “used” vehicles in their inventory. Nick took the time to talk to me… gave me his honest opinion of compact and mid-size SUVs and invited me to come in and check out their selection of cars. He never tried to “sell” me anything… it was a very relaxed conversation – almost as if I was talking with a friend I’d known for years. He was personable, he was professional and that was just the start… Upon arriving at Flood Mazda, I experienced what I would consider as “red carpet treatment” - shocked that although I was shopping for a used car within a budget - Nick, treated me no differently than a customer in the market for a new car. He had a 2020 Mazda CX-5 already running out front, ready for me to drive. Prior to taking the initial test drive, Nick shared his extensive knowledge of the vehicle’s features and history. He even came along for the ride with me… showing me all the cool bells and whistles. The entire experience was so relaxing and pleasant. Nick was incredibly professional, a wealth of knowledge, courteous, patient and most importantly - honest. A rare trait when shopping for a new or used vehicle.
