He made the financing and paperwork portion straightforward and efficient, which made a big difference in keeping the whole experience stress-free. Between Nick’s customer service and Dan’s professionalism, the entire process felt easy, honest, and well organized. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this team made it a genuinely positive experience. I’d absolutely recommend working with Nick and Dan if you’re in the market for a vehicle. All work required to make my vehicle repairs and checks complete and correct we’re performed to my total satisfaction while I waited in the comfortable customer waiting area as work was supervised under the outstanding guidance of Service Advisor Oscar Galatia. As a regular customer at the service department I always ask for the consistently courteous and flawless management of my vehicle requests by Oscar Galatia. Under Oscar’s guidance from his earliest work with Autobarn Mazda of Evanston to date, I never have had to return to him with a complaint that the work had been done poorly, with mistakes made, or required work not having been done at all. Yes, good work by mechanics have made that possible, but only under the tight, intelligent, direction and inspection of Galatia. He also has a pleasing and satisfying way of dealing with all of his customers whom I have observed close up when I have regularly waited with other customers to have their vehicles worked on and returned.
