Paul Donahue is wonderful!!! This was the best car shopping and buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, told Paul what I was looking for, payment limit and he went out in the pouring rain and found my car. Everyone at Mercedes -Benz of Little Rock was very professional, kind and helpful. Made me feel like I was part of their family. Highly recommend.

First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...
Went in for a regular oil change- they had never rotated my tires in almost 3 yrs...and never balanced them or even aired them up evenly...this time they did and I had just gotten new tires...they rotated the tires, but did not balance or air them up evenly. I thought at least a car wash and vacuum was included in the service- especially for preferred members, but no. I just think they could do a little better with the quality of work and small acts of customer service go a long way.
Austin helped coordinate my Honda repairs quickly and professionally. He is one of the best service department professionals I have encountered in more than 30 years of taking care of cars...he makes it a pleasure to work with the good folks at McClarty Honda in Little Rock, AR.
Went to the dealership to test-drive a used vehicle. Salesperson was pleasant and helpful, but the car was overpriced. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the front light lenses were very cloudy, both reflecting inadequate detailing. I told the salesperson about my concerns and suggested those two issues might be remedied, especially for the high price on the vehicle. Also suggested that I was open to negotiating the price if the dealer didn't want to address those issues. No response.
Staff was very helpful, made all my requests happen.

Traded soon to be 5 year old truck for new truck. Juan was on top of his game. Got my payment where I needed it to be. My sales tax was close to 300.00 more than I expected but Steven Williams in finance helped me get longer to pay it. Overall a very good experience!
I shopped several large dealerships in the area and the quality of service that I received here was second to none, I have never had a manager so quickly come out and help and make us feel at home... I met the new and used car managers and they treated me like family!! the deal was fair and upfront. I may could have looked around the rest of the day and save a hundred or two but I really think the service I received from Mr Moss and Mr Hicks more then took care of the price!!! thank you so so much!!
Loved the vehicle. not so much the financing. I was told I had to purchase certain extras to receive a lower interest rate. After all was said and done I called the company actually financing my vehicle and they informed me that was not true at all. Called the person who did my loan at Crain ( I will not mention their name out of respect) and was told I could cancel but to keep my interest to wait 3 months. Again another line of bologna. Drove back to Crain ( 3rd 140 mile round trip) spoke to a very understanding Ms. Bradley in customer relations who helped rectify the situation. Will I do business with them again? More than likely because as I said almost everyone there was great to deal with and my daughter really likes the Tucson and the actual pricing was great--- without the additional warranties another 5100.00!
Todd James made my car buying experience the best ever! He was nice, courteous and explained to me every step of the way! He did not stop til he had the best price at the best rate, he made me feel that he under stood my need and did not stop till I was satisfied! I would recommend this location to everyone! Very disappointed, with 11000 miles the driver seat finish is coming off. Very lows miles for a 2016. Would not cover under any kind of warranty. Very unhappy. Product should last longer than this. We have had several Chev.
When I first purchased my car, the process was smooth and fast. Cindy in the finance office is just awesome. When they contacted my previous lienholder to get a payoff, they got the wrong amount(on both cars I purchased.) which resulted to a balance owed to the previous lienholder. I went back and forth with Fletcher(them always telling me it would be taken care of) for THREE months! This resulted in three late payments on my credit report! FINALLY after driving the hour back down there because I was tired of my calls not being returned, LaToya in the title office fixed all my issues in one time.. Mind you, three months later. The salesman, Rob, was really good and so was Cindy in the finance office. I think
