I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I am used to Bobby Rahal's 5 star response and service. I got a wake up call today. While waiting to have my recently purchased Certified used Subaru Legacy serviced because it would not start, (after 32 days of ownership) I thought of how convenient their loaner service is, and how they sent a repairman to my house to replace a battery still under warranty. Faulkner also mixed up our SS #'s on the credit app. which I was reminded about again when we both got letters noting that our credit score has been affected by this error. As far as the repair, the battery terminal was corroded, and apparently a software update from rev A to rev D was required. I had a lot of faith in Subaru when we purchased this car last month, now I am worried every time I reach for the start button.
Did research online and landed on the CX-3. Arranged for a test drive appointment online. I was very apprehensive because I had never done the whole process start to finish. My sales person (Jamie) did a great job of making me feel relaxed and never pressured. We went through pricing/payments and every question I had was answered honestly and I felt like I was getting a good deal (again with no pressure). We discussed the options/color I was looking for and even though they did not have one on their lot, they had one delivered for me that week. Overall time spent at the dealer was about 2-3 hours between test drive day and pickup/paper signing day. You can't ask for anything less stressful than that.
My experience at Faulkner Mazda today was a great one. They went above and beyond to work with me and to help with the complications that were presented because I was buying from out of state. I really appreciated the leeway and would highly recommend them.

Each sales consultant was more than friendly and helpful. They did not make me feel rushed and pressured. I would recommend their services to my family and friends!
My husband and I were very happy with the sales associate, Laura Knepp, and the process of a "no-haggling" price guarantee. I was a bit disappointed when test-driving my car and when I picked up the car that the car had no paper floor mats to keep it clean. I also requested on a sales document to make sure that the car was vacuumed and clean before pickup. It was clean except for the 4 floor mat areas. The dealership could use more parking sites for customers that are near the front door of the sales building. Also, an expanded ladies bathroom with a private entrance would be nice. I was never able to use it because of one person in there for a long time.
The was the easiest new car purchase I have ever had. The trade value was top notch and the purchase price was competitive. I expected resistance on the price I was expecting to pay, they matched the best deal I negotiated with by another dealer further away. This is a car dealer, and yes they are in it to make money. Be informed using all the resources available and don't expect to be deserving of any more, haggling make a car buying experience miserable.
I went into Ciocca looking at a specific car. They had the car all ready. Jesse was my salesman and was very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy like some car salesman are. He is a true car guy and knows a lot about the cars.
This was he Quickest car buying process I've ever experienced. I picked my car online. I went in and Tom took my info and took me out to test drive my car. by the time we got back I was already approved and the deal was done. Came back the next day tot pick up my car and Tom came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. from the moment I walked in the door everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Brian Miller is a great salesman he really helped me to get the hang of test driving & really falling a lot for our Escape .
