My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
All the staff at Biurne???s Are knowledgeable, courtesy and caring. Their vehicles are exceptional value for money. I love the service department. Ben is wonderful. He cares about you and your vehicle. I trust they will take care of my car, like it was their own. That???s a quality that I feel has been lost at other dealers and service department. Thsnk you. Keep up the good work. I recommend everyone to go by and experience the special treatment.
I purchased my vehicle here and have taken it to service twice and have been extremely happy from the first moment I stepped into the dealership. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help and answer questions. I will be returning and have told my friends!
May wife and I have been looking for a new minivan for a few weeks and came across Bourne auto sales. Patrick was super helpful. We were torn between here and another dealership for the same vehicle. I looked throughout Volusia County for a used car. I spent several months looking for a good reliable car within my budget, and I found it at Bourne's. My coworker recommended Bourne's, stating that it is the only place she will buy a car. I was impressed by the variety of nice vehicles with low mileage, with various price ranges. The staff was very accommodating and you don't feel pressed to buy (no negotiation necessary). Salesman Patrick Miner was very patient walking the property with me to show me all the cars for consideration.
About 2 months after the purchase of our Subaru Outback from Bourne's, the ABS light came on and we took it to the local Subaru dealership in Atlanta for inspection. They informed us that there was a wiring harness issue and it would be ~$4K to fix. Of course we were upset knowing that Bourne had conducted a pre-inspection of the car before the sale. We were referred to Ben Poisson at Bourne and he immediately got involved in contacting this ATL dealership to confirm the issue. Ben stated that he would send the part(s) necessary to the dealership and that it would taken care of immediately and at no cost. I was hesitant to think that it would be 100% resolved, but it was and I sincerely appreciate Ben's professionalism and positive attitude in assisting us in this matter. Thanks again Ben and Bourne!
Trent did his magic via phone calls back and forth in New Jersey and final sale today with me and my uncle. he got the car I wanted for the price we were willing to pay. deff your guy to see if your looking in state or out of state like I did. ?👏
We stopped at many dealerships & no other one compared to the friendliness and knowledgeable staff at Daytona Mazda. Our salesperson, Caleb Barker, was helpful and super easy to work with. He went above and beyond to find us the right Mazda for us.
I wanted a specific used Miata which unfortunately Daytona didn't have so I had to purchase it elsewhere but regardless that I didn't buy there I was treated as if I was one of their best customers! Carl the Service Manager was great, and so was everyone else! It was a pleasure going there!
This dealership is great Trent was awesome to work with made things very easy they didn???t hassle us one bit and it was a pleasure to work with everyone involved we got exactly what we wanted and then some! Shane the finance manager was great she already had our paper work ready to go when we got there and the whole process of buying literally took less then an hour!

I traveled to this reputable dealership even though there were two others closer to my home. They were willing to work with me and made sure we were happy. I worked with Cat who spent a lot of time with us trying to find exactly what we were looking for. She was very professional and did an excellent job showing me how to use the car very thoroughly, at the time of the test drive and at delivery. She is very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to answer all of my questions and very patient. I highly recommend working with her as I really appreciated all her time and dedication to the sale. I will be back and other members of my family plan to purchase from here in the future as well.
