He kept his word throughout the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of. What really stood out to me was that Reese even drove about 35 minutes to my house just to drop off a wheel rim air center cap that was missing. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. The CX-90 is our 3rd Mazda purchase. We've been owners since 1995, starting with the Mazda Protégé, and had our eye on the new 2025 CX-90 SUV since last year. The Safford Brown staff was welcoming and professional, and our sales rep, Joshua Cruz allowed us to take our time to look around, and really listened to our desires and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. (We even left and came back a couple of weeks later!) We weren't exactly sure of what color, and type of package etc., but Josh was patient, and very informative about each series, which aided in our decision-making.
