Napleton's Countryside MazdaReviews
Napleton's Countryside Mazda review
I have bought several cars over the years but this was one of the best experience ever. The inventory of vehicles, the experience of the sales person Brittany Koschnitzki, her no pressure approach, her willingness to answer any question I came up with, and then she worked very hard to get a great deal for me on both my trade in and my purchase. She made this a very smooth transaction. Thanks to Brittany and the staff at Napleton Countryside Mazda I now have a beautiful 2026 CX50. It is such a great car. I cant thank them enough. Napleton Countryside Mazda has a great selection, great deals, and I know at least one sales Person who will go the extra mile to get you the best deal possible. So if you are looking for a Mazda and want a great deal go to Napleton Countryside Mazda and ask for Brittany Koschnitzki. Believe you will be leaving happy as can be.

Napleton Mazda of Naperville review
I am so pleased to give this 3 people a 10 star experience. Starting with our very pleased salesman Tom Pazdan who made sure that we understood everything in details and overstayed for us till late night. Second thank you comes for Mark Bimel who made sure that we were treated very well and with his effort to make sure that the process was moving fast and smooth. Mark and Tom also worked together to finalize our buying process. Third we would like to thank Jen from finance for all her willingness to finally get us out quickly and very surprised approval. Me and my Mother were so welcomed and pleased on our car buying process by thinking definitely to recommend Napleton Mazda in Naperville to all our friends and family people. Thank you sooooo muchhhh.

2019 Mazda Mazda3 review
This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

2024 Mazda Mazda3 review
This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

2024 Mazda Mazda3 review
I’m a very proud owner of my Mazda 3 with the Preferred Package. I’ve only owned it not even a month yet, and I wish I bought this car prior to the vehicle I traded for it. It’s still getting broken in, but it has every feature I could ask for and need. The gas mileage is great, it’s comfortable, quiet inside, has the get up and go when needed and so much more. Granted, I can’t really give a good review, but so far my Mazda 3 has really impressed me and always puts a smile on my face when I’m driving around.

2013 Mazda Mazda3 review
I purchased my 2013 Mazda 3i Grand Touring Hatchback (manual transmission) in 2014 and the previous owner had put 30K miles on it. I've now got 140K and still love the car. Outside of recommended maintenance, the only repair expense I've had was I decided to replace the clutch. It hadn't failed but it was starting to show some slippage. I haven't even had to replace the brake pads yet! As for likes and dislikes that someone checking out this car might not notice just from looking, here are some negatives: 1) The 1-2 shift is always a bit notchy but others are smooth. 2) The 2.0L doesn't have a lot of power in the lower revs but 3000-4000 rpms it's pretty spirited (assuming you don't have four large adults in the car) 3) I ended up replacing the OEM headunit (the BOSE with Navigation) with an Eonon. I had issues getting the Eonon working early on but after a couple updates, it's been a huge improvement. 4) The biggest negative is that at some point, I'll have to let it go. On the positive side: 1) It handles great, 2) It carries a decent amount for its size 3) It gets good gas mileage (I used to average 35mpg but in recent years my driving in this car has been more around town and it's fallen back to 31-32.) 4) It's been extremely reliable. 5) The front seats are very comfortable (I'm 5'7" and the car fits me great. I imagine taller people would not be as comfortable.)

2010 Mazda Mazda3 review
This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

McGrath City Mazda review
I shopped here for a used Mazda3. The person I scheduled the appointment with was not available when I arrived. I was given a new sales associate. We test drove the car together. We discussed pricing. I was fully expecting them to tack on a bunch of useless add-ons that were non-negotiable. Instead, he added a few optional add-ons and a small fee for reconditioning the car. I thought the fee was reasonable. It was simple to remove the optional add-ons. I was shocked by the experience. It went really well. The manager was really nice. Unfortunately we were still a bit apart on the price so I left to sleep on it. I was pleasantly surprised by their behavior. Maybe there is hope that dealerships can be straightforward and professional. I recommend these guys even though I didn't buy from them in the end.
2026 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.

2023 Mazda Mazda3 review
The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

2021 Mazda Mazda3 review
Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

2012 Mazda Mazda3 review
I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

Napleton Mazda of NapervilleReviews
Napleton Mazda of Naperville review
I don’t write many reviews, but Gabby absolutely earned this one. I started with an online inquiry and received a quick response from Napleton Mazda. I was then connected with Gabby, and from that point on, she took ownership of everything and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I shopped several Mazda dealerships before making my decision, and working with Gabby is ultimately what brought me to Napleton. I had my heart set on a very specific CX-70 in Zircon Sand Metallic, and they were surprisingly hard to find. After test-driving one at another dealership, I knew that was the color I wanted. I called Gabby, expecting to hear, “Sorry, we don’t have one.” Instead, she immediately started searching dealer inventory and told me she’d do everything she could to find one. She tracked down several possibilities, followed up with other dealerships, ruled one out after learning it had been damaged, and then located another one that was exactly what I was looking for. She and the Napleton team went out and got the vehicle for me. That level of effort meant a lot because she wasn’t just trying to sell me what was on her lot—she was determined to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. I’ll admit, some people might see a young salesperson and make assumptions. Don’t make that mistake. Gabby is incredibly knowledgeable about the Mazda lineup, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel pressured. She took the time to listen, explain my options, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What impressed me the most wasn’t just her knowledge—it was how much she genuinely cared. Her communication was outstanding. She always responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and followed through on everything she said she would do. In today’s world, that kind of customer service is hard to find. My wife and I left feeling like we were treated with honesty, respect, and appreciation—not like we were just another sale. The entire team made the purchase go smoothly, but Gabby is the reason we chose Napleton. If you’re shopping for a Mazda, do yourself a favor and ask for Gabby. She earned our trust, and we’ll gladly recommend her to our friends and family. Thanks again, Gabby, for making the purchase of our new CX-70 such a great experience!
