He listened to our budget and driving needs, and showed us a few different options...without trying to up-sale. His knowledge, honesty, and no-pressure salesmanship was so refreshing! He and finance guru, Jason, were able to work up an offer we couldn't refuse in a short amount of time.... without any haggling or double-talk. It's not that often you can walk into a finance office and find that the offer a salesperson gave you is exactly what's on the paperwork. Needless to say, assuming these fellas remain at TSM, we will definitely be repeat customers. Other dealerships we shopped weren't big on people skills, not to mention it took TWO days to get back to us with a price! Their "L"...David and TSM's "W"!
Victor Morris was awesome! I had 2 flat tires within a week and he was very accommodating to my needs. I had already schedule my front brakes to be replaced this Friday but because my second tire blew out on Saturday he had the tire and brake service done on the same day so I did not have to make an extra trip.
I did a lot of research before buying my Soul Red Mazda Miata Grand Touring RF automobile. I contacted andor visited five Mazda dealers. After contacting the five dealerships I eliminated four of them and decided to do business with Tyrone Square Mazda, St. Petersburg, FL. All conversations and business arrangements were done via telephone, texts, and e-mails.
The sales person was Hollis Cannon. Mr. Cannon is knowledgeable, hard working, and goes the extra mile. This was the most pleasant, painless, extraordinary car buying experience I have ever encountered. I highly recommend Tyrone Square Mazda and Hollis Cannon.

Because of my previous experience with both Mazda vehicles and this dealership, I am a repeat customer. In addition to a friendly, non-pushy car buying experience, this dealership had the exact vehicle I wanted. I ended up buying a new version of the same car I had after test driving 3 cars. My new 2018 Mazda 6 felt as familiar to me as my old 2007 Mazda 6, except totally new, different color and exciting to drive with all of the new features. Tyrone Square Mazda is a great buying experience as well as a great service experience after the sale. When they advertise that Dave Fogel, the dealership's GM, is around and available, he really is! He was all over the floor that Saturday. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon when I bought my Mazda, and although I did not receive individual attention due to busyness, I did receive the attention of several individuals at the dealership that day who were more than happy to pitch in help expedite my car buying experience. I don't see any reason to switch from a Mazda vehicle or to another dealership as long as I reside in Tampa Bay.
I worked with Austin Roche from start to finish. He was a pleasure to work with. He listened, quickly understood my needs and went to work on meeting them. I went through USAA to find the car I wanted and secure financing before stepping foot in a dealership. I wanted the process to be efficient and straight forward. Austin was able to help me put together a deal for trade-in and purchase that was everything I wanted. The Kuhn advantage of tinted windows, VIN window etching, protective coating and more was value added. I would definitely buy from Austin again.
Sam is an amazing service advisor. He makes sure that all of my needs are taken care of when I come into the shop. He is also great at explaining what needs to be done. I drive over 100 miles a day and thanks to the service department I have not needed any major work on the car.

I made an appointment to see and road test the CX9 when I arrived the sales associate was waiting in front of the dealership for me., he introduced himself to me I told him I was interested in the Grand Touring so he brought one out to show me he opened the doors and and showed and explained all features then we went for a road test. Returned went inside to his office talk numbers came to an agreement, then returned two days later and now I???m driving my lovely CX9 Grand Touring 😍 love it, Matthew Federico was very professional not pushy like some other sales people.
