I just purchased a 2018 Mazda MX-5 from Gwatney Mazda. Chris, my sales associate was very friendly and didn't pressure me at all into buying. Tony, the GM, was also very friendly. After coming to a deal, a great one at that (thanks Tony!), My car had to be brought in from another state. Chris went and picked it up for me as well!
Once it came time to sign the paperwork, Brandy was my Finance department associate, and she was great! Very transparent in the process, going over everything and not once pushing any extra warranties or paint protection or anything silly like that.
Overall, I would recommend Gwatney Mazda if you're looking for a fair, no pressure and friendly environment to buy a car from.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great buying experience. Gaylon was our salesman and we were very pleased, he always replied promptly to any emails or questions we had. We drove all the way from the Nashville area to get a great deal on our 2017 Expedition. It was the best price within a 200 mile radius, and the vehicle had the lowest miles of any of the comparables. We love our new car and everyone at the dealership was very nice. Recommend!

I purchased the Mazda MX-5 Miata RF for my wife. She has been wanting one for months, ever since they announced they were coming out. I bought the Grand Touring edition which is loaded. The hard top convertible is nothing short of amazing. My wife loves her new RF and driving it is a dream come true for her.
Great B2C experience with this dealer. The Mazda of Germantown treated me like a VIP customer. Thus far, I am very happy with both the services and the end product from this dealership and the Mazda brand.
I really don't know where too begin with the young lady Omni on today...she was my friends saleswoman but I had purchased a car over the phone the information that she had given my friend I told her I had been explained any if that she began too be my saleswoman as well..I can really write a book on her today But, just know with a person like Omni you will have customers coming back...Very,Very Friendly ,Excellent customer service, Explained the buying process thorough!! Had oil changed, tire rotated and multi-point inspection done. Service center indicated that my brakes need some work. Service rep was keep me informed of progress and any issues. Overall service I am please with it. what keep me from giving a five stars brake pads they had in stock where not the morpar but another brand. Not bad but not as good as the morpar.
I had a very pleasant experience shopping with Homer Skelton. This was my first purchase, and from the time called to check the availability of a vehicle to completion of the purchase, everyone there was wonderful to deal with. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had.
