This car has exeeded all of my expectations. It is comfortable, quiet, and has great acceleration. All of the features, including radar cruise control and other electronic safety devices are awesome. To get these features in other cars you need to buy a top of the line package, but, in Mazda they are in all of them. I love my car.
Working with this dealership was a pleasure. I had a special circumstance and they were able to work with me to achieve a great deal with me. Much thanks and I would highly recommend this dealership for new or used cars. I worked with mike mattocks and he was very professional and had excellent knowledge of my vehicle. Two thumbs up for sure!

I love my new Mazda3 Sport, it really meets all that I want in a car. Small, efficient, comfortable, and reliable. The interior is beautiful. The safety features are great, with city safe breaking and blind spot monitoring. I wish I could have upgraded to a higher trim package to get the rest of the safety features, but unfortunately that would have required getting leather interior, which I do not want. I am very happy with the price I paid for this new vehicle, and the warranties offered by Mazda make me feel confident in my decision on the Mazda3.
Salesman John Samson was awesome. He got me into a dream vehicle that worked for me with payments lower than I expected. He worked really hard to make sure I was took care of and I greatly appreciate him.

I've had so many thing go wrong with this car. Very disappointing. Poor quality. Airless conditioning stopped working. Infotainment system continually restarts in even 1 degree weather. Persistent noise from front end. Shoddy trim. Will likely sell and go back to my trusted Subaru Forester.
Excellent staff, from the salesman, sales manager, finance, and the people that greet you at the door. Tom Boyer (sales manager) and Greg Davis were both instrumental in helping me secure the best price point for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara purchase. They also provided me with consistent updating on the build and shipping of the new vehicle. John Cauble and Scott Spainhour were excellent in obtaining financing for me at my preferred source and they matched warranty quotes on my extended warranty. The entire team worked in harmony together to assist one another as I progressed through this process. Everyone was energetic and professional the entire time. What a great team Hendrick has ! Thank you !!! I have to note this about FCA...I am very impressed with the engineering, the assemble, fir and function of my new Jeep....it's truly an exceptional vehicle....the people at the factory KNOW how to put love and care in their build quality !!!

The more I drive it the more I love it. It corners like its on rails, smooth cruising at any speed and when you press on the gas it just goes. Beautifully designed, a real attention getter. A car that makes you feel good just to be driving it. A little hard to get in and out of but you adjust to this. The seats are not very comfortable, there is a lack of small item storage space and the fuel filler cover release is poorly located. All in all this is a car you will love.
First of all, didn't have any idea that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Mr. James Lawrence service was outstanding!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal!! The Hendricks lot itself was stellar!!

I have the sport which is the bottom of the line but it is more car and style for the money compared to other choices in their same league. I absolutely love it!!! Sole Red ...complements all the time! Great on gas!

This is the noisiest car I've ever driven. Both the road noise and engine noise are awful. The car radio is also awful, so attempting to drown out the car noise with radio noise is like taking ineffective medicine with bad side effects. I even tried driving the car with earplugs. I can't stand driving this car! I will be happy to return it to the rental agency today! Yes, the car handles well, is sporty, has a nice interior, etc. But if you can't stand driving it, what good is it?
This shopping adventure began when the 16 year old car that my 77 year old father drives lost its transmission. My mother and father are in great health but have lost their confidence to make big financial decisions on their own. They wanted me to find them a good car at a good price. Within a matter of days, I was looking at the inventory at The Auto Centre. They had the vehicle that met all of our shopping criteria. A quick test drive revealed that this car, a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, was the vehicle that we had been searching for. Finding the car was easy. What I needed now was a caring and thoughtful staff that would explain everything to my parents and restore their car buying confidence. We bought the car during a holiday week and dealt directly with Ken and Lorraine. They went above and beyond to explain everything simply and clearly and answer all of my mother's questions. My father is very proud of his "new" car and has been showing it off to everyone. My mother is happy that my father is in a safe and reliable vehicle. I am happy that my folks were treated fairly and that we had such a smooth car buying experience. Thank you Auto Centre!

We love our Mazda CX9. It's 8 years old and we are the original owners. It's been a GREAT car until we took it in for an airbag recall notice and the service tech BLEW OUR ENGINE while working on it! We're currently living a nightmare trying to work out a resolution with Royal Moore Mazda in Hillsboro, Oregon!
Service Manager, Chett Boschele, from my initial call to the time arrived was cordial, patient with answering my questions and very informative. The shuttle driver (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was friendly and fun to converse with during my ride to and from work! Thank you for a wonderful first time experience. I will definitely utilize your services in the future as needed.

This car met all of my needs. It has plenty of room. I love being able to play music and use my phone through the blue tooth. No cords! Very comfy vehicle. Perfect for what I needed!

The car is great for those that love a 2 seater. It does not have as much space as a 350z due to convertible hard top. It is not equipped with Bluetooth but sound system is excellent. Reliable car, great gas mileage
Came in wanting to look at a used car on the lot, but after talking w/Kyle, thinking about what was in my best interest long term, ended up leaving with a brand new 2018 Mazda6! I absolutely LOVE it, and i would recommend Kyle and Keffer Mazda to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I like cars that are attractive, fun to drive and affordable. This is the third new car I've owned in the last three years and I'm happy with the Mazda. I had a 2014 Honda Accord Sport, which was attractive and affordable, but not really fun. The mileage wasn't that great either for a four with a CVT.
I also purchased a new 2017 Buick Lacrosse Preferred. Beautiful, well-made and comfortable car and much sportier that I would have guessed. It also was exceptionally quick and got great highway mileage. I got 38 mpg on a 150 mile trip, which far exceeded the Accord. Unfortunately it was a bit big and a bit difficult to park.
I bought the new Mazda 6 Grand Touring a month ago. It has a beautiful interior, especially considering I didn't get the top trim. It's also quiet and deceptively quick with the 2.5 liter turbo. It's well-equipped with all the latest safety features and came standard with heated seats, LED headlamps that are auto-leveling, automatic high beams and automatic wipers. The handling is tight and responsive.
It was easy from online shopping to dealership experience. Our sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. The car was delivered just as promised. The dealership was clean and up to date giving a great first impression of how Keffer Mazda cares about their image and the cars they sale.

Pleased with most of our experience we had at dealership. Only issue we have is that we were told by first salesman that the car was equipped with navigation, that Mazda puts the chip in once car is bought. When we came back to take possession of car we asked again about the navigation and was told this car didn???t have it nor could they add it because we were already getting a hell of a deal. We were told this several times by several people. While we understand that maybe we were getting a great deal it was supposed to have navigation and we had no reason to believe it didn???t. We were going by what the salesman told us.

This was my first time buying a Mazda. The staff at Keffer were incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy. I would definitely return to this dealership if I'm in the market for another car.

I purchased this car over a year ago as a certified dealer demo. I had been driving Subarus and other SUV's. The Subarus have uncomfortable seats. The CX-9 has very comfortable seats, great driving dynamics. Plenty of power with the turbo and the most quiet car I have owned. It is also a beautiful design especially in Soul red.
CarMax treats customers as they should be when they are purchasing a car. They do not pressure you and offer great services. They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility! I will recommend this facility to any and everybody!
Great gas mileage but not many features

It's not fast and doesn't have many features. It's kind of weird because sometimes you hit the gas and it actually moves immediately and then other times it takes a while for the car to speed up after you hit the gas. It's a mystery. I think it was like that before the accident.
I used it for Uber which was a claustrophobia-filled mistake. You should really use bigger ones for Uber, or drive for short periods of time. Saves gas extremely well though.
