We took our car for a recall on the air bag. Our appointment was for 10 AM they said it would take a half hour in less time they call us to the deck to let us know we had 2 light bulbs out. They replaced them and we where out at 10:40.
To date I have purchased two vehicles from Piazza Mazda of West Chester, a Miata and a Mazda 3. When I need service I always take the vehicle to their service department. The main reason is their Service Manager, Paul Curtis. Paul is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and treats me with respect. He always takes the time to completely explain the work and the cost and to answer any questions. Unlike other service managers at most dealerships he does not push needed or unneeded repairs or services. Paul is the main reason I have my vehicles serviced at Piazza Mazda of West Chester. Always ask for Paul. To date all of the work I have had done on both my vehicles has not required me to bring any vehicle back because of faulty workmanship or bad parts. I would highly recommended Paul Curtis and his service department.
Brought my CX-5 in for its first oil change. I was greeted cordially by Paul who explained exactly what the technician, Taylor, was going to do to my car. He also informed me that the first oil change is free of charge. I would definitely recommend using the Piazza Mazda dealership.
The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.
Went to murray Kia after spending 5 hours at another local Kia. Alex and Roger were absolutely amazing. I called with the current deal I got and alex promised me he would get the price I wanted over the phone which led me to coming out to the dealer. I got to murray and I was already assigned to Roger from an online inquiry I made a few days before so Alex switched me to him which speaks wonders for his integrity as a coworker and as a person to give away a sale. (kudos for that alex) Roger was outstanding. He ensured me that he would get me the price the other dealer wouldnt and made me and my wife feel right at home. We purchased the Kia sorento sx and did not feel the least bit unsure about the purchase. Murray Kia is nothing but professional and courteous and really makes you feel appreciated.
