So easy, it left me extremely pleased! I brought two friends with me for "second-third opinions," and they both enjoyed sharing the adventure with me! Very happy with our salesman who explained clearly what each step was in the test drive and through the paperwork.

Mercedes-Benz of South BayReviews
Mercedes-Benz of South Bay review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karol Powers at Mercedes-Benz South Bay in Torrance. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Karol, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. Karol is kind, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor that makes the entire car-buying experience enjoyable. What I appreciate most is that she is honest and straightforward. There is no endless back-and-forth, no pressure, and no feeling of being taken advantage of. She truly listens to her customers and works to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I recently had to purchase another vehicle after being involved in a serious car accident. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, but Mercedes-Benz made a difficult situation much easier. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. Thank you, Karol, and thank you, Mercedes-Benz, for your efficiency, compassion, and commitment to your customers. It truly makes a difference.

I had a great car buying experience thanks to Mona at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. I found the SUV online, and she guided me through financing and the down payment without me ever needing to be there in person. Everything went so smoothly. Highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience working with Sally at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car?not just making a sale. Sally took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Exceptional service from a team that truly cares!” I want to thank Evette, Kurt and Jonathan for the excellent level of customer service we received. A smile goes a long way and these three were very personable. I communicated some concerns and these three in particular made me feel valued and heard. Unfortunately, I did not plan accordingly and I have to go back, but I do so knowing I’m in good hands. I truly hope ownership sees this review because ,”These employees set the gold standard for what customer service should be. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made my experience outstanding. Every company should strive to have a team like this.” I will continue to give feedback on my services here. Thank you all!

Absolutely the best overall buying experience. Jason Yorker is not a "used car sales," rather a professional automotive concierge. He located that exact vehicle I was looking for, was patient with my questions, but especially negotiated a more than reasonable and fare offer. I can't say enough positive things about my experience from Rob Hassan (General Manager) to Jason Yorker. They all provided an excellent buying experience and attention to detail. From one who hates buying cars, these guys are outstanding and far exceeded my expectations.

Mercedes-Benz of Encino review
This dealership and service department go above and beyond in the quality of work that they do! I am a TV Executive and have very little time on my hands with all the projects I work on. I am truly grateful that this dealership works so hard to continue to make me the happy customer I am!!! Kevin Malone is the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with, and I will only do business with him! I also enjoy working Leslie for my loaner vehicles and seeing Nikki’s smiling face at the front desk! Keep up the good work team! I have referred lots of my fellow colleagues and family members to this place, and they feel the same way I do!

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years
