Good dealer . No high pressure sales tactics . Nice people . Bought a used Mazda with low miles . Considering the crazy used cad market , not a bad price .

Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.

2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Well, unfortunately I can’t give a complete review. I went in one day to test drive a car. Decided the next day I wanted it. By the time I was able to get a hold of the salesman I was working with they sold the car to someone else. He was off that day.. So I am not able to give the buying experience review. However, the salesman was a pleasure and informative. And the sales manager was pleasant. The facility was clean. I guess I was just not meant to have that car.

We love the transparency and professionalism of Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. They are truly a team of caring professionals who are willing to help you find the right car?not just push to make a sale. From my interactions with Business Development Manager Marjorie Jimenez and Finance Director Shawna David to Product Concierge Terrance Thomas, the entire experience was wonderful. As first-time Mercedes-Benz owners, we especially appreciated how seamless and comfortable they made the whole process. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I came in just to browse...left with a new ride! I took my grandmother to shop at Sprouts next door and figured I'd burn a few calories and walked over to MB just to walk around. I was enjoying conversation with a very friendly and funny, Rome. I was curious what my old Bimmer was worth so we walked over and drove it back and appraised it...next thing I know, I'm picking up Nana in my new GLC!!! This was so quick and smooth, it should be illegal :)

Mercedes-Benz of OaklandReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Oakland review
$110k is quite a bit to spend on a vehicle that I don't need so the service should feel different, almost like you are paying for special treatment...we that is just what I got. I feel great about the whole thing and I will be a Mercedes-Benz driver for life now! Gave it almost a month before writing this review but I am in love and want to world to know. Just don't get the same exact car as me :)
