My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. The customer service is top tier. Thanks again everyone! We want to especially thank Dave Cooke for his WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was such a pleasure working with him.
2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class review
Love the car but ...not enough leg room in the back and not too keen on the front seat headrest. Navigation is too much to work with, don't like the spin dial to access navigation.

They got it all fixed up and give us the paperwork for the testing that was done. They call my husband that it was done with in a week or less. The Mercedes Benz CLA is top of the line luxury. With the mounted tv screen you have the option to install a back up camera without having to modify your deck. This car has plenty of custom features that makes driving it extremely fun. From the interior lights to the bluetooth feature which takes listening to music or talking on your phone to another level. It rides and handles like a sports car and has an exotic look. I'd recommend this car to anyone.

I love this vehicle. It’s fun to drive and beautiful to look at. I think my only criticism would be the ease or lack there of in operating the screen with the control knob and the navigation system. I feel like there are too many steps to the navigation system.
