My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. The customer service is top tier. Thanks again everyone! We want to especially thank Dave Cooke for his WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was such a pleasure working with him.

We saw the alfa romeo online 2 weeks ago my husband went and saw it. Couldn't test drive because recalls need to be fixed. They got it all fixed up and give us the paperwork for the testing that was done. They call my husband that it was done with in a week or less. My husband and I came down took test ride he love it it was so clean and nice and the price was just right and we got to take it home that night. They even got us full car insurance just took about 1/2 hour extra and everything else went smoothly. 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class review
I love this vehicle. It’s fun to drive and beautiful to look at. I think my only criticism would be the ease or lack there of in operating the screen with the control knob and the navigation system. I feel like there are too many steps to the navigation system.

2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class review
This was an amazing car to drive. It felt very smooth I barely put my foot on the gas and it was going. The steering was very responsive. I would have loved to buy it although the price was way out of my range. The inside was leather and comfortable I could easily fall asleep sitting in the passengers side it was a nice drive.
