Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc.Reviews
Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc. review
Everyone at the dealership was so nice from the guy at the coffee bar , the finance person, girl at the stand where you pick up your car at the end (she drives in 2 hrs each day to work, I forgot names) and, of course, Carmen, our salesperson.Carmen returns calls, E-mails almost immediately, is very personable, and is reasonable to deal with. She doesn't hesitate to help with anything and does so in a manner that makes you feel comfortable. Whoever does the hiring and managing of employees must also be doing something right; it's a good team. Do not think that buying a car online or through a "NYC" dealership is going to be some sort of negative experience...just the opposite. I would highly advise you try it.

Helms Bros., Inc.Reviews
Helms Bros., Inc. review
I went to Helms for my birthday to get myself a birthday gift where I was assisted by Maurice Martin who was so pleasant, patient, informative and super helpful. I've actually never had such great customer service in my life. I purchased my dream car, a white C300 4MATIC and I couldn't be any more happier with the service and help that I was given. I couldn't thank Maurice enough, he was such an amazing sales person. I also worked with Reggie when it was time to deal with the financial part of the process and he was very pleasant, helpful and informative as well. Not to mention, the atmosphere was also extremely pleasant and clean. Everyone who worked there that I came across was very nice and welcoming. I advise you to visit Helms Bros in Bayside if you're looking for a new ride. These people are awesome!

Went to look at one specific Sonata and it had already sold that morning, which was a bummer. but the guy showed me two others in the same range and one of them ended up being nicer than what I originally wanted. sometimes it works out 😎

Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre review
My experience at Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center exceeded my expectations. My salesperson, Jerone Sealy was exceptional, he was friendly , professional and displayed a very calm demeanor in his approach to selling. I never felt pressured. Jerone explained in detail every question I had regarding the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of the sale. If I had to rate him from 1 - 10 he deserves an 11. Jerone Sealy thank you so much. I love my GLE 43 Coupe just as you said I would. You are a top notch salesperson!
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc.Reviews
Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc. review
Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour today – I’ve spent more time in Home Depot buying a grill. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan and Gregory.

Unique Auto MallReviews
Unique Auto Mall review
My wife and I are not car people. At all. We walked into Unique Auto Mall knowing we wanted an SUV and literally nothing else. The woman who helped us asked a handful of questions about our commute and our dog and then narrowed it down to four vehicles, which took the whole thing from overwhelming to manageable in about ten minutes. We test drove two, picked the CR-V, and were out of there by dinner. She wrote down what maintenance we'd want at 60k so we wouldnt forget. Little thing but it stuck with me.

I had an incredibly smooth and painless new car leasing experience yesterday with Trentino Manco and his colleagues at Rallye Motors in Roslyn. I was not surprised – I have purchased and leased my last four cars with Trent’s assistance. He is always professional, helpful, honest, and trustworthy. Trent has made the previously unpleasant car buying/leasing experience a thoroughly enjoyable one. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend contacting Trentino Manco and his team if you are looking for a new Mercedes. You will be in good hands.

Extremely Happy working with Mary Kodak with both our family cars purchases. Looking forward to purchasing a SUV with Mary as soon as the one we're looking for is available. First purchase was a 2016 E350 and the second was a 2017 S550. Mary made us feel cared for and was extremely efficient. Very happy with Mary

Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet review
Sam was very responsive and quick to answer any questions that I had. The time to purchase was unfortunately out of their control as they were waiting on the title to come in from Lexus post lease buy-out. The dealership was about an hour and a half from me, so I only wanted to make that trip once - and relied on Sam to show any issues with the vehicle (which included video calls). Overall - pretty easy transaction and I love the car so far!

I just recently had a divine experience at Mercedes-Benz of Edison. Amir Brown was the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I have never had a greater experience when shopping for a car in my entire life! He got me where I needed to be, and gave the best advice he could. What a great establishment that has wonderful employees like Amir Brown!

Mercedes-Benz of Edison review
I recently purchased my 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450, and once again, Ahmed Abdeldayem delivered an outstanding car-buying experience. This is the fourth car I’ve purchased from Ahmed, and every interaction has been nothing short of exceptional. Ahmed’s professionalism, transparency, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction make him a true asset to the dealership. What keeps me coming back to this dealership, however, isn’t just the incredible sales experience—it’s the amazing service department. Chad Kaplan, my service advisor, and Annmarie Albaro, the service department manager, are simply the best in the industry. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure my vehicles are well taken care of, providing prompt, efficient, and top-tier service every single time. If you’re in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, look no further than Ray Catena. Whether it’s working with Ahmed Abdeldayem for your purchase or trusting Chad and Annmarie in the service department, you’ll experience unparalleled professionalism and care. Thank you, Ahmed, Chad, Annmarie, and the entire team, for always making my experience a memorable one!
