I found the Audi I had been searching for and secured the best price at this dealership. Keith and Winston handled the deal remotely, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease enough to travel from Virginia to take delivery. Paola in finance tried to upsell me an extended warranty that I didn’t need and was pushy when I declined it multiple times. Fortunately, I was able to cancel it after the fact when I called the warranty company. However, I was disappointed in her lack of transparency. Despite this minor issue, the car exceeded my expectations, and the deal was quick and hassle-free. I’ve recommended this dealership to my dad, who’s interested in a Mercedes GT.

I can't thank everyone at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. They've been pretty incredible since I purchased my minivan three years ago up until today. I get my car serviced there all the time! Every three months like clockwork the express lanes take care of my oil change (within 20 min!!!), and when needed (only once) the service dept. right next door is wonderful and helps you with anything your car needs right away. I must say, it does pay off to be an early bird. I love being there before opening time (7 AM) and get everything done right away.

Arrigo Fiat Alfa Romeo West Palm review
We purchased a used Land Rover from Daniel (Cristea) a few days ago. We live 4hrs away and he and Josh the GM made the entire process painless. I have been impressed by everyone at the dealership in the six or so recent visits I've had. Robert Borden is the best service manager I have ever met. He and Ziggy the mechanic guided through and explained difficult problems and damage on my vehicle. Robert recently texted me after hours saving me $400 on the tire that was under warranty. All the service people, mechanics, concierges, salesman, cashiers are all always extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is spotless. Without even blinking two personnel signed my will which was left in the glove compartment of my SL 550 just before I left the country for two weeks. I would not have enjoyed my vacation if my will were unsigned.
