Bayside Automall review
Absolutely the best place I have ever been to! Jeff said, "Yes"! Thank you, to everyone at Bayside Automall. Jeff made the experience so pleasant. He doesn't look at you like your worthless bc of your credit score. He's HONEST and he doesn't apply pressure. I WILL RETURN for a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th vehicle.
2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
My independent mechanic has been servicing this car 10 years, and he told me never to sell it. It’s a solid performer, heavy yet Nimble on the road and on gas, comfortable ride. I wish it had car play, but the Bluetooth works well. 32 mpg between the Bay Area and LA, 70 mph with ac blowing cold. Love the ride. Maintenance has been predictable with no surprises. I’m currently at 111k and it runs better than when I bought it CPO 18k miles! I’m itching for a new X5 and will Have Difficulty giving this up. No major expenses so far, just routine oil, filter, plugs Tires, transmission fluid and service.

Mercedes-Benz of St. Petersburg review
Last week, I took my Mercedes GLE 53 AMG in for a warranty issue. I love this car and it's the second one that I've bought from my salesperson Larry Chapman at Crown Mercedes. My service writer Don Shelton took great care of me, as he always does. The repair was done in a timely matter and to my complete satisfaction. I am always treated so well by Don and Larry and every experience I have ever had with them and Crown has been 5 star!!!

Mercedes-Benz of St. Petersburg review
I got a warning malfunction on my way to a conference. Thankfully this dealership was only 20 minutes away. I arrived and explained I’d never been there, wasn’t from town, and was on my way to Clearwater Beach. It was around 4pm and the service advisor Don said he probably didn’t have anyone available to look at them but if I could leave it, they would get it checked out. Offered to pay for an Uber to take me to my hotel in Clearwater. Car was ready on Friday afternoon (I dropped it off on Wednesday) and again Don offered an Uber from hotel to dealership. Overall, very happy with the service I received. Don made something that could have been super stressful a very manageable event instead.

We recently had a major repair to our Mercedes that was covered under warranty but took 2 weeks to repair. The majority of that repair time was waiting for parts. Once the parts arrived the repair was completed in a couple days. We were loaned a beautiful new Mercedes while the repair was made. The service department was excellent and kept us informed. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend them for your service needs.

Mercedes-Benz Of Tampa review
I recently purchased a preowned 2023 Mercedes Benz from Mercedes Benz of Tampa, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had never owned a Mercedes before, so I took my time looking at different cars and asking a lot of questions. I was at the dealership for about six hours, and Maria Sadoyan was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Daniel Harkins, the sales manager, was also very cooperative and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I really appreciated the way both Maria and Daniel treated me. They were professional, patient and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car rather than simply making a sale. I would definitely recommend Maria, Daniel and Mercedes Benz of Tampa to anyone looking for a Mercedes. It was a very positive buying experience.

CarMax West BroadReviews
CarMax West Broad review
First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Lexus of ClearwaterReviews
Lexus of Clearwater review
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Clearwater. My visit was not what I expected, so I replied to their survey the following day. My concern had to do with the service representative and not the service to my vehicle. A few days later, I received a call from their customer service representative who was very apologetic and explained that my issue was addressed should not occur again. As a Lexus customer I was very pleased and impressed by the immediate actions taken by their customer service representative. No one is perfect and know people have bad days, regardless I was very satisfied how Lexus handled my issue. I respect the fact that they dealt with this concern in a professional manner. That is why I love Lexus.

Subaru Port RicheyReviews
Subaru Port Richey review
I purchased a 2026 Subaru Solterra from the Subaru Port Richey location. The employees at this location have done nothing but go above and beyond for John and I . Since this is a new electric car there has been some hurdles with SubaruConnect. Frank and Nasser has exceeded our expectations by helping us get in touch with the correct people at SubaruConnect to get this system resolved . The service department is also now assisting allowing me to leave the car there to assist and figure it out for us. I’ve worked for the insurance industry for 27 years and deal with shops all the time. I definitely will recommend Subaru of Port Richey for any future car buying.
2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Just watch out for the “PZEV” versions of fuel pump that is built in inside the fuel tank !!! You need to replace the whole fuel tank $2k just replace the fuel pump which is price only for $200 +/- !!!’ You will know by reading the ID CARDs located both by driver door and when you open the hood
