2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

Sadly, due to circumstances, the process took longer than normal (nobody at fault, just life). Once we visited and talked to salesman, Sales Mgr. and took test drives, the process was smooth and mostly painless. All questions were answered and never felt pressured at any point of time. Was a pleasure dealing with Newton MB.

Crazy Cars review
When I walked into Crazy cars I was skeptical because of previous experiences I had at other dealers but Akrami made me feel right at home. He offered me and my family coffee right away and was very honest and truthful about the cars and its history. I truly feel he went above and beyond for my family and I. When it came to the numbers they explained everything to me and didn’t hide anything. Every question I had was explained and answered with a level of professionalism I had not encountered at other dealers. I’m super happy with my purchase and once I’m ready for another car I will definitely be back and look for Akrami

Thank you so much Tony for all your help. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tony was very patient with me and my family and was able to answer all our questions, he showed us multiple cars and in the end he showed me the dream car I never knew I wanted. (It was a Mercedes C43 AMG) thank you so much again Tony I appreciate all of your help and patience 🙏🏻
2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. E-450 4matic Cabriolet Excellent Ride from a classy and sassy dame.

Jack Goldberg is the best and got me the best deal on my new Mercedes! I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I called Ray Catena and was able to find the best deal possible with the lowest monthly payment possible. Jack gave me additional 100 miles for free to make up for the travel time. I am so happy with his service and will definitely refer him to friends and colleagues! Also his associate Sean was fantastic as well Showing me all The cool features of the new car! Great job!!!

This is the first time I've ever owned an electric car, so I had many questions. Larry was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He also provided me with very specific information, advice and paperwork; for example, regarding sales tax, that saved me a lot of money. I love my electric car and Larry helped make the transition very easy.

Mercedes-Benz of Union review
Searching for a convertible for a few months since the wife wanted white with red interior convertible. So, I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Ray Catena, and specifically, my interaction with Anthony Aiello. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Anthony greeted us with such warmth and made us feel like family. His polite and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease. We had the opportunity to test drive the car and Anthony patiently went over all the features, ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of everything. I must say, it was truly a no-brainer for us to seal the deal with Ray Catena, primarily because of the exceptional service Anthony provided. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the product were infectious, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about our satisfaction. I cannot recommend Anthony and Ray Catena highly enough. If you are in the market for a new car, I urge you to visit their dealership and ask for Anthony. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again for your time, and patience you showed us please. Not the first Mercedes and won't be our last. Thanks Again Ray & Anthony!!!!

I would like to take the time to thank Ms Patricia Medina Service Manager at Mercedes Benz in Union NJ. I brought my car in for service June 12, 2023 and a problem occurred. I went to Patricia office to explain my problem and right away she made me feel safe, and comfortable. Patricia was so professional, thoughtful, kind and understanding that after talking to Patricia I felt relieved from the stress that I was experiencing. Right away Patricia took care of the situation. It is a great feeling to know that there are people like Patricia Medina that takes there job serious and care about the people they work with. Thanks again Patricia for your professionalism. You are the best.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I just recently had a divine experience at Mercedes-Benz of Edison. Amir Brown was the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I have never had a greater experience when shopping for a car in my entire life! He got me where I needed to be, and gave the best advice he could. What a great establishment that has wonderful employees like Amir Brown!

Mercedes-Benz of Edison review
I recently purchased my 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450, and once again, Ahmed Abdeldayem delivered an outstanding car-buying experience. This is the fourth car I’ve purchased from Ahmed, and every interaction has been nothing short of exceptional. Ahmed’s professionalism, transparency, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction make him a true asset to the dealership. What keeps me coming back to this dealership, however, isn’t just the incredible sales experience—it’s the amazing service department. Chad Kaplan, my service advisor, and Annmarie Albaro, the service department manager, are simply the best in the industry. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure my vehicles are well taken care of, providing prompt, efficient, and top-tier service every single time. If you’re in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, look no further than Ray Catena. Whether it’s working with Ahmed Abdeldayem for your purchase or trusting Chad and Annmarie in the service department, you’ll experience unparalleled professionalism and care. Thank you, Ahmed, Chad, Annmarie, and the entire team, for always making my experience a memorable one!

The way car buying should be!
2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
2018 e300 4matic sedan luxury package w premium package 1.2 & 3 This car is a pleasure, the 4cyl jumps and at 75-80 you feel like you are doing 50 in regular car. Bought w 45,000 have 88,000 on the clock. Only costs were brakes and rotors, and thermostat at 75k. Great acceleration super comfortable ride. Sold a 2014 e350 convertible to get the sedan. Drop top was awesome but kids appreciate more space in sedan. In the snow it is a beast, in the rain it’s a monster, riding on 18’s and switched out the tub flats for fat diaper tires, but the ride is a dream. Looked at 2020 740 Bmw and believe it or not the drivers cabin felt bigger in the eclass?!? Big enough but not unwieldy, it Moves to 100 mph really easy can’t imagine what the e400/e500 is like. The self driving is a gimmick heads up display is ok but not needed, heated seats are a must, and the mb-tex seats are a disappointment on a $75+ car Navigation blows… other than that it’s a 10/10. Changed drive belts as a precaution use liquid moly oil, it makes the direct injection motor idle quieter. Run regular gas not super

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
When one thinks of a Mercedes-Benz or the "Mercedes Experience", I believe it is this car that inspires the brand. Beautiful inside and out, an absolute pleasure to drive, fast with great 4matic handling and a luxurious cabin that leaves nothing to be desired. I did get my 2020 when the 2021's became available, but I stuck with the 2020 because I find this model year to be more sleek and elegant while the 2021 refresh is too stout looking for me (I also like the steering wheel in the 2020 too).

Extraordinary experience at Ray Catena of Freehold! Steve Chanis, Sales Manager, did everything he could to make me feel like a valued customer. Appreciate the sincerity and ability to trust him and Anthony Nadino. Dylan also did a very thorough job going over how to use all the features in the car. Overall, very positive experience and absolutely different than the several other Mercedes Benz dealerships I stopped in before making my purchase. Maserati of Bergen County review
I wish I could give them 10 stars! My entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The moment I walked onto the lot and met Peter, I felt completely comfortable. Thank you so much for everything!!!!
