Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc. review
Extremely Happy working with Mary Kodak with both our family cars purchases. Looking forward to purchasing a SUV with Mary as soon as the one we're looking for is available. First purchase was a 2016 E350 and the second was a 2017 S550. Mary made us feel cared for and was extremely efficient. Very happy with Mary

This dealership always exemplifies high quality and friendly service. I have experienced many dealerships in Bergen, Hudson and Essex counties and find Benzel Bush maintains integrity throughout the entire process, from the initial deal, servicing to the next purchase. I've done two car deals with them so far and will return for the next.

This dealership provided an outstanding experience. My salesguy guided me with expertise, and the finance person arranged financing that was better than I anticipated. I plan to return for future car purchases.
2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Strongly recommend her!
2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Silver Star Motors review
I’ve had several disappointing experiences with Silver Star Mercedes-Benz during my previous visits, so I truly appreciate receiving exceptional service this time. Beatriz handled my concerns with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude. Her excellent customer service made a significant difference in my overall experience. Beatriz is a great example of how customers should be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I sincerely hope Silver Star recognizes employees like her and continues to build a team with the same high standards. Unfortunately, poor attitudes from some staff members can negatively affect the dealership’s reputation. and i wish then to get fired immediately BR, Oliver

We just bought a CPO 2022 S580 Mercedes! Joe Horneman was our salesman, and he was an absolute joy to work with. There was no pressure, and he was very accommodating to our needs. We'd been looking around at multiple dealerships and no one treated us like family as Joe did. Throughout the entire process, Joe was patient, knowledgeable and available to us for questions and discussions. This is my 8th MB purchase, and I've found a new dealership to work with, and a new salesman!!

NJ State Auto Used Cars review
Nour was very helpful and honest about the conditions of the cars. Test drove a few cars and he helped me find the best car for me. Would definitely recommend!
2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc. review
Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour today – I’ve spent more time in Home Depot buying a grill. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan and Gregory.

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

Mercedes-Benz of NanuetReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet review
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mercedes Benz of Nanuet, and I couldn't be happier with my experience, all thanks to Joe Horneman! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. Joe's knowledge about the vehicles was impressive, and he took the time to understand what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy at all; instead, he patiently guided me through the options, answering all my questions and providing valuable insights without any pressure. I felt like he really had my best interests at heart! When it came time to test drive, Joe made sure I was comfortable and excited about the car, and he shared all the amazing features that truly make Mercedes-Benz stand out. Even after the sale, Joe followed up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction, which just shows how dedicated he is to his clients. Overall, the service at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet was top-notch, and Joe Horneman truly made the car-buying process enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re in the market for a new ride, I highly recommend seeing Joe—he’s your guy! Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc. review
Everyone at the dealership was so nice from the guy at the coffee bar , the finance person, girl at the stand where you pick up your car at the end (she drives in 2 hrs each day to work, I forgot names) and, of course, Carmen, our salesperson.Carmen returns calls, E-mails almost immediately, is very personable, and is reasonable to deal with. She doesn't hesitate to help with anything and does so in a manner that makes you feel comfortable. Whoever does the hiring and managing of employees must also be doing something right; it's a good team. Do not think that buying a car online or through a "NYC" dealership is going to be some sort of negative experience...just the opposite. I would highly advise you try it.

The way car buying should be!
2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. E-450 4matic Cabriolet Excellent Ride from a classy and sassy dame.
