I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. My wife and I were out shopping for a new vehicle. We had heard that Cadillac of Novi had some good prices on XT6s. Our lease on our 2022 Acadia was up and we wanted something of a similar size as the new Acadia was now on a larger platform. We walked in and were met by Matt Lee. Matt was extremely helpful with looking at our options for an XT6. We found a model and color that we liked and we took it for a test drive. We started talking numbers and liked what we heard. We had some time while Matt was running some numbers and so we looked at the other vehicles in the showroom. We saw a very cool Lyric and checked it out. We noticed the sticker was a bit higher than the XT6 so we thought it was out of our price range. Matt came over and walked us through some of the cool features in the Lyric and said he would give us some ballpark pricing because there were some good incentives. We were surprised by how the incentives lowered the price of the car. We had some very straightforward negotiations and Matt found us additional incentives and Matt and the finance manager, Tim Hemingway, came back with very aggressive prices. The figures were better than any I had seen online. Timm was a pleasure to deal with as we signed the lease agreement. Matt and Cadillac of Novi exceeded our expectations. They have taken great care of us and made a usually stressful experience into a pleasurable one. We highly recommend Cadillac of Novi.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

routine B service was performed with good satisfaction. No problems but in at 8:45 and out at 3:45. That was too long far a short service. Still I was very pleased especially without the usual call saying we found something else to fix.

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

I was in the market for a new Cadillac and had a 2021 Jeep Gladiator to trade. KBB quoted a price which Suburban guaranteed - So I made a call and spoke to Todd in new car sales. Having never met him before, he located a vehicle in Pennsylvania, traded for it and had it at in Plymouth in a day. We met him for the first time when we took delivery of our new vehicle. Could not ask for better!! Any future Cadillac purchases will be done with Suburban and Todd!!!

This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

Apparently I am not computer literate. This is my fourth and final attempt to write a review for the absolute best Mercedes dealership ever! I have had, I believe, seven Mercedes, only deviating once as I was enamored with a San Remo green convertible elsewhere. Six months later I returned to Mercedes where Deb found a lovely black GLC 300 for me, Norma and Manny aided in my lack of computer skills with the technical side of the vehicle and dear Sam watched my beloved Kingston when I did the paperwork. Service solved a software issue in a timely fashion even vacuuming my car per my request. Greg in Service was inundated with phone calls and kindly took the time to tie my shoe, again upon my request, as I was holding my multipoo. Lee Ghesquiere, his sons, Taylor and Chase are all a tribute to their late father and grandfather who has always helped me in the past and would be so proud of the legacy he founded. Thanks to all! I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Traded in my 2011 Mercedes convertible for a used E400 2018 sedan. With 45,000 miles. It is loaded with every safety option available and a host of other options including the $5400 upgraded stereo with a subwoofer in the trunk, massage seats, heated front and rear seats with front heated arm rests, heated steering and front cooled seats and more and run flat tires. I’ve driven the car for two months and my only complaint is the speed control remembers your last speed even if you turn off the speed control, ( only forgets when you shut the car off). If you accidentally hit the speed control shaft in a parking lot the car launch’s ahead scaring you half to death before you slam on the brakes. Beside this anonymity, I love this car. It’s fast and can adjust exactly how it drives. Economy, comfort and sport, it’s like owning three different cars. In sport, the steering wheel tightens up and it sits in a lower gear for rapid gas pedal response and flys around corners with planted ease. With the 4 MATIC it drives in the rain as if there is no rain. It also came with the self adjusting shocks so it eats up large dips in the road. The radio is amazing but I would not put it in a new one. The adaptive suspension is with every penny. I love the cooled seats and now I’m spoiled. Overall for the price I paid as a used certified MBenz, with safety features, an older driver , or any driver, needs it’s a bargain. I smile every mile. Also auto drive is great but takes some getting used to. At first I lightly held the wheel now I hold the wheel tighter. It helps you feel like your driving and it’s helping. I

I'm replacing a 17 y/o E-320 that I loved. I am now infatuated with the New 2021 E-450 4 matic it just so happens to be the Motor Trend car of the year. Very nice exterior styling. Fantastic interior. all the latest technology and a great interior. The strait V-6 with turbo is smooth as silk. The optional Air Body control suspension makes for a fantastic smooth ride.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.
