I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

I love my Bmw. It’s a 2013 and it still runs great. I like the attention that she gets from your service department in. Jacob is extremely helpful and supportive with my recommendations and services.

We purchased my son’s first car from BG Motor Cars. Fair prices, no pressure sales but very accommodating. This is a small dealership and the owner handles almost every aspect personally. I will say that the owner does go above and beyond to deliver quality and ensure his customers are satisfied. Even though we did buy a used vehicle without a guarantee, the owner exceeded our expectations by making sure the small issue we did experience after purchase was promptly addressed. You are not just a number here. You are treated like family and it is clear that the Business model is to create a solid reputation and make repeat customers.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

The W210 is a great vehicle, no doubt. Maintenance is critical, and don't try and nickel and dime things. Use the proper oils and fluids and that will help things run smoothly. Repairs can be pricey but, there are independent shops that can help . The only downside for me is rust, as these are prone to this issue. The turbodiesel is legendary, and will go for over 250k miles and BEYOND.

Ok when I tell you my salesperson Ronnie Robles is the best he literally was very patient and helpful with me he pulled my up 3 cars when it was literally time for him to get off and leave he didn’t put me out he didn’t get angry he was just patient until I finally picked the car I wanted mind you this was Saturday and today i finally picked my new baby up and I’m in love with it thanks Ronnie and the whole Hoffman Estates family everyone was so helpful and nice no mean attitudes I got from anyone also to my girl Claudia she was the bomb she help me register my car to my phone and she also went over ever feature I needed to know about my car with me she took my pictures and she knew how a girl loves her pictures lol thanks Claudia everyone was just so patient you guys rock

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I have purchased two cars from this dealer the first being a 2013 BMW X6 and the second being a range rover both experiences were amazing. Both times I worked with Brandon Powe. He is extremely helpful and consistent and process was quick and smooth. Also, they have a some of the best prices I’ve ever seen for luxury vehicles my BMW I purchased from them back in 2021 I have not had any major issues out of it and it runs great. The range rover I bought for my little sister last month and she loves it. No issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and will be back to buy my next car from them. I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

He went above and beyond for us on our purchase. We are from Arkansas, and we drove 578.6 miles to West Chicago, traded in my Range Rover for the G-Wagon. Well, there may have been some poor experiences for some, but my experience was exceptional. Alan answered all my questions prior to flying out from PA to IL. Even picked me up at the airport. The pictures provided matched up exactly with the car when I viewed in person. There were a couple of niggles with the car and Alan graciously offered to take care of them. Found Alan to be candid, gracious, helpful and honest. Office support, Brittni had more patience than I might have when talking with PNC for funding verification. I would recommend Illinois Motors and the whole process with no reservations.

The car had almost no blemishes on the exterior. The interior was in fantastic condition. The drive was everything that I imagined it would be. Extremely satisfied with the vehicle
