Mercedes-Benz of Plano review
Friendly and professional staff. They were very hospitable and made the buying process as smooth as possible. They explained everything to us clearly and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges. Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Highly recommended!

Mercedes-Benz of PlanoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Plano review
Excellent Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Plano! We had an amazing experience working with Serge Ouedraogo and Alex Rosas at Mercedes-Benz of Plano. Our experience started on a Saturday, about 30 minutes before closing time. We were walking around the parking lot, looking at vehicles, when Serge was parking a car. Even though it was extremely hot outside and the dealership was about to close, he greeted us warmly and offered to help. We immediately appreciated his approach, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Serge was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind while answering all our questions and explaining every detail. His genuine desire to help made a great impression on us, and we knew we wanted to work with him. He gave us his card, and on Monday we reached out to him with exactly what we were looking for. Serge was already prepared and had two vehicles waiting for us to see. After looking at them, I chose one, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel simple and exciting. Alex Rosas was also wonderful. He helped us with all the additional paperwork, explained the warranty options clearly, and made sure we understood everything we needed to know before completing the purchase. Serge and Alex truly went above and beyond to make this a fantastic car-buying experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication are exactly what you hope to find when purchasing a vehicle. If you are looking for a Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend working with Serge Ouedraogo and Alex Rosas. They are both exceptional, and we are grateful for the wonderful experience they provided!

We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

I walked in distressed and left blessed no stress the best! God really worked it out for me
2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Hernandez during my car-buying process, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Alex was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure or pushy sales tactics.

Angel helped me in buying my next car. He took what I needed and found me the perfect match. He was extremely helpful in showing me the functions and buttons of the car, and everyone was very accommodating. I know I made a good decision!
2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Great company! Everyone was so helpful! Especially Mike Moore! Went out of his way to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted!!
2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership, etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

My experience with Quenten was flawless. Our eyes locked as I was heading into the dealership, and I knew I had met my used car sales soulmate. We went back and forth about how little I was willing to spend, but everything worked out in the end. Five stars if you get my car to me tomorrow, Q!
2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

The staff was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Overall the facility is quite nice. Everything we were told before we even arrived was accurate and no gotcha's or pressure at all.. Highly recommended as it was a very nice experience.
2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

We drove over 100 miles to get to Carricks becaus they were on of a few dealers which had the one year, make and model that I was seeking. The car was just as advertised, clean and ready to drive. Thanks James Taylor for great service.
2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
My independent mechanic has been servicing this car 10 years, and he told me never to sell it. It’s a solid performer, heavy yet Nimble on the road and on gas, comfortable ride. I wish it had car play, but the Bluetooth works well. 32 mpg between the Bay Area and LA, 70 mph with ac blowing cold. Love the ride. Maintenance has been predictable with no surprises. I’m currently at 111k and it runs better than when I bought it CPO 18k miles! I’m itching for a new X5 and will Have Difficulty giving this up. No major expenses so far, just routine oil, filter, plugs Tires, transmission fluid and service.
