2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ review
The car is great. The charging sucks. The MBUSA EQS Support is worse. MBUSA mis-represented the free charging and I think they should be called out for poor decisions. MBUSA added a concierge call in number but these people know less about the car and support services they I learnt in 2 months. You need a strong dealer and a good relationship with them to cover the mess MBUSA mad. Really love the car.

2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ review
I am 76 years old and always owned a Mercedes among other cars. It is, by far, the best car I’ve ever owned. It is quiet fast and comfortable. I enjoy driving it and I could enjoy it more if I read the manual and learn how to use the electronics. I have owned it for 8 months and have about 7,000 miles on it without any issues so far. From 20% to 80% charge it take about 30 minutes, depending on the charger. With an 80% and a 100% charge my range has been 340 and 420 miles consecutively. If I have to be critical, I have to say that, perhaps because of the aerodynamic design, I find it a little more difficult to get in and out of it as compared to my AMG S Class.

The General Sales Manager Frank Ritzert reviewed and approved the second round price we submitted as a fair price. Frank then introduced himself and while shaking my hand stated that his team was here to make sure that we were happy with our new car now and after the sale. He was very pleasant and sincere. He then said if I needed anything related to our new car, that he and his team was here for me. I have never experienced such exceptional teamwork in providing informational support to me as the customer. After meeting Frank, I could see why his “Five Star” sales leadership team is jointly focused on treating the customer as special and providing a very pleasant experience. Jay Simison, the Finance Director was personable like a close friend or favorite family member. He explained payment options , extended warranty options, and the paperwork associated with this transaction in understandable terms. He reviewed the car purchase order in detail. I appreciate how he also saved us money and protected our interests with his expert advice and knowledge. We are very pleased!!! Nissan of Orange Park MANAGER’s Special has provided us at the BEST DEAL we could find anywhere in the state. We have been looking for a sports car for the past six months. 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ review
Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

I have owned this car for 5 weeks. 1800 miles so far. Drives like a dream. This is my 4th ev/hybrid. By far the best. The most quiet and smooth ride I have experienced. I have seen range of 370+ miles on a full charge. Highly recommend.
