2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 review
I am very happy with my new purchase. BUT. The Braking system is jerky when applying the brakes and when sitting at a stop light if there is a small incline the vehicle rolls backward. A little unnerving to say the least.

This dealership is excellent in every way. My salesman, Danilo was extremely invested in finding me the vehicle thatI wanted. Management is excellent. They showed me in numerous ways that they were appreciative of my business. This was not the experience I had a nearby dealerships. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a luxury vehicle. Thanks, MB Westmont Team.

Chris in service has always been very accommodating. I think the only negative thing that I would have was that they didn't check the air pressure in my tires, because all 4 have a different number, but that's minimal.

The best dealer experience I’ve ever had, fast honest and straight to the point. They really go out of their way. My salesman Byron, was very professional, courteous and honest, no pressure, no bull, just accommodating and willing to go the extra mile, if there were an option for 10 stars, I would have gave them that. Thanks to Byron and Star Auto Works. I’ll definitely be back.

Very responsive and got back to me promptly and checked in after the initial email.
2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 review
My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

Napleton Autowerks Schererville review
Salesman was very personable and friendly when my wife and I visited the dealership. The finance person was very friendly and very helpful when we needed financing the auto purchased. They both were better than the average dealer staff and I will buy my next auto from this place. The experience there was very easy and pleasant and I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering the purchase of there next auto.

Loeber Motors Mercedes-Benz review
I have purchased Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the past, and most of the time I have had great experiences. However, today I had the pleasure of working with Tony Patel, a Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist, and he made my new vehicle purchase experience truly exceptional. I really appreciated his excellent customer service, patience, professionalism, and great attitude throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and enjoyable! I love doing business with people and places like Tony Patel and Loeber Motors. Thank you, Tony, for making this experience such a pleasant one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience with Vitas in sales, Jeff in management and Danny in finance. So glad we bought from family-owned Loeber Mercedes-Benz; particularly after we tried to do business with a Chicago dealership owned by a public company. Thank you Loeber!!

Great car. Love it. But for the price you should at least get leather interior, not that artificial look. But it rides beautifully. Feel safe in it.
