Having been a decades long customer and Mercedes owner, I am compelled to write my complimentary review for Jim Major; my service consultant. This is the first time I have done this and I feel it necessary that someone recognizes the value of this Service Advisor. He is a refreshing change for the better at the Atlanta Classic Boggs road location. Previously I had experience mixed results from service advisors and Jim has put that all to rest. Outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and excellent communication skills. He recognizes potential problems and resolves them quickly and efficiently. A breath of fresh air at the service department.....................
Chad went above and beyond expected service. I live in SC and connected with Chad on the internet. Once Chad and I agreed on the car and price he kept me in the loop constantly on its delivery. The delivery was late due to a recall, so rather than having me come to Atlanta he delivered the car personally to me over Thanksgiving weekend after the car arrived at the dealership. Could not have asked for better service.
My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 GLC 300. Malcolm helped me get a car built with every option I wanted. He was not pushy and provided details on all of the options I considered. David was quite knowledgeable about all of Mercedes Benz???s additional offerings, such as an extended warranty and maintenance package, and graciously provided an explanation of each and documentation, as requested. Kode expertly trained me on my car???s features and has offered additional training, which I will schedule. My overall experience in purchasing the car was positive. Plus, I???m pleased I purchased the maintenance package, which includes car washes I???ve already started using.
I purchased a 2014 Mercedes suv from Malones in November 2017. I viewed the vehicle on the internet and flew to Atlanta to complete the purchase. The vehicle was exactly as represented and was extremely clean. Great sales team and I would buy another car from them.
I searched for several months and found the perfect car at Select. Was apprehensive about buying an expensive luxury car on line site unseen. Contacted the dealer to discuss the process. Had the car inspected by their nearby MB dealer. Discussed resolution of very minor issues noted by MB, the value of my trade in, then made a deposit and arranged to travel to Atlanta. The sales person was very helpful at every step of the way. Very easy process--quality sales person, suburb value and would recommend without hesitation.
This place is fabulous to buy a car from! Typically I play the "bad guy" when helping my mother shop for a new car. When we went to look at her dream car, A white Mercedes SLK350 and speaking to Jeremy Hartzler for a few minutes, I felt She was in good hands. Both he and Greg Trask (Finance mgr) went above in beyond to get my mother the best possible deal. Even after the deal has closed and signed Everyone in that office has been so kind, and willing to help my mom figure out all the new technology in her new ride. I have purchased many cars in the past, this is the very first time I experienced a hassle free, pleasant and courteous encounter with no pressure. After a frustrating week of dealing with different dealerships and the normal routine. It was refreshing to find Oliver Sales & Leasing. I found this vehicle online and went the next morning to view it. When I pulled on the lot, I encountered a customer that was getting his car serviced. He said he bought 3 cars from this dealer and would never go anywhere else to buy a car or for service. He spoke very highly of this dealership. My experience was nothing less than what he described. Upon viewing the vehicle, it was MORE than what I expected. It was immaculate! Pierre was very accommodating. The car buying process was hassle free and everything went smoothly.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABOVE AND BEYOND . Contacted dealer , flew in from Maryland state ,the vehicle I was inquiring about was sold, the dealer stated " I will sale you another vehicle of your choice for the same asking price ". I ended up purchasing a vehicle with more options and better mileage . Pierre was extremely respectful and patient . I highly recommend this dealer. 2/22/2017

I have been sesrching for a low-cost second car since May. It is now late November. In the past, I have been sent on test drives by other dealers selling in this price range in cars with no gas, rotten tires, and systems barely hanging on. (I seriously feared for my life in the car with no working windshield wipers!).Cut to the important part: my experience with AutoNation Ford Marietta (GA) was thoroughly professional, honest, and considerate. I took the car to my mechanic, who pronounced it in sound condition, despite high mileage. AutoNation had already made the repairs to make this car safe and affordable. I anticipate only minor maintenance in the near future. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.

Mr Jaffer was very responsive and professional. However, there was a substantial scratch on the car below the passenger side door which was not divulged, and for which Drive A Dream refused to assume responsibility after delivery from GA to FL by car carrier. Initially they tried to blame the car carrier for the scratch. However, after critical, frame by frame review of the video of the car that they sent initially, the scratch can be seen, proving that it was present from the outset. It subsequently cost $300 to repair, which I feel should have been reimbursed by Drive A Dream. However they refused, leaving a bad taste in my mouth about the whole transaction.
I love this dealership! The entire staff is very friendly and also very knowledgeable! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I had very high expectations and he rose to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely by another vehicle from ALM Kennesaw via Jason. The perfect match!
