2022 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

He also makes me feel like if I know him for ever. I always look forward to see him every time my car needs a change of tires or a problem with my car. And there is another person that works in there( I think his the manager that takes care of the cars that come in for service) Spanish guy, he also goes beyond to help Melvin and myself. Keith and Winston handled the deal remotely, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease enough to travel from Virginia to take delivery. Paola in finance tried to upsell me an extended warranty that I didn’t need and was pushy when I declined it multiple times. Fortunately, I was able to cancel it after the fact when I called the warranty company. However, I was disappointed in her lack of transparency. Despite this minor issue, the car exceeded my expectations, and the deal was quick and hassle-free. I’ve recommended this dealership to my dad, who’s interested in a Mercedes GT.
