Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I really enjoyed the process of purchasing my Mercedes. Jana was super easy to work with and talk to and without any pressure whatsoever. Simply a joy to work with in fact I was going to go to another dealership when I didn???t initially find what I was working for, but I decided to stay and I found something that I liked because I enjoyed working with Jana. Travis in finance was professional and friendly and knows his craft.
I absolutely love this place.. I stumbled upon this dealership from a snow bird friend of mine that bought a convertible and just raved about the car and experience.. I must say, they didn't disappoint. I came in asked to see a car, the salesman was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with the vehicle. The entire buying process was explained up front and they stuck to what they said they were going to do. After driving the car, they showed me their service dept where I'll be taking my car in for service. Trust a true skeptical buyer... These guys are on it!!! Mercedes of Scottsdale came as a referral from a friend. Sales person, Bojan Savic was recommended and I really hoped that car buying can be at least "not mind damaging" as it was in the past. In short; test drive, choice of the car, negotiations were easy as a breeze.
I still can't believe can it really be this easy, or I just had bad experiences in the past.
Bojan and entire staff at Mercedes of Scottsdale is highly recommended. I would even recommend buying a Mercedes Benz just for this reason.

As a woman purchasing a vehicle it may at times be intimidating or we place a bit of a guard up. I had researched my dream car for months, I spoke with other dealerships, but I made an appointment with Alex, the owner of Auto Junction.
I will say first, he is honest, open and instinctively knew this was a large and special purchase for me. The finance portion was processed with ease, he ensured me if I had any questions or concerns after the purchase to contact him, he kept his word : ). Alex and his Team are friendly, and professional. If you were family, or a dear friend, I'd say YES, buy from Alex!

I had been searching for a while for a specific vehicle for my 18 year old (Kia Soul). We found one at a very unexpected dealership, Mercedes Benz of Chandler. Ed Riddle contacted me immediately and upon visiting the lot to check the vehicle, Ed was very helpful and made the decision to buy from him very easy. No pressure, were treated as if we were buying a Benz and not a Kia. Great experience.

I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from Dan at Precision fleet in Peoria. From the beginning to the end I felt no pressure to buy or any of the typical big dealer pressure. The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
I visited this dealership yesterday. Riley was amazing! Prior to visiting the dealership I called and spoke with Riley over the phone. Told him what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership I noticed it was very family-orientated. Took a test drive on the car that I had researched. Liked it. Finished the financing process, and was out of the dealership in about an hour. It was a refreshing view of a dealership and customer service! Thanks!
My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them.
I worked with Arnold, he was incredible from start to finish. He met me at the dealership before sales even opened (6:30am) to tailor to my needs. He was upfront, honest and overall genuine the entire experience. Tara in finance also did a great job.
