Diamond Auto SalesReviews
Diamond Auto Sales review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2006 Honda Element from Diamond Auto Sales in Alameda, CA, and I must say, my experience was absolutely phenomenal. Alex, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best car-buying experience possible. Not only was Alex working on Father's Day, but he also had his sweet daughter Sophia helping him at the lot. It was heartwarming to see their dedication and commitment to their customers. I was torn between choosing an automatic or a manual transmission for my Honda Element. I don’t mind the convenience of an automatic transmission, which came with a roof rack and mats, but I really desired the thrill of driving a manual transmission. Alex came up with a brilliant solution. He suggested that my family and I go to lunch while he swapped the roof rack and the mats for me. And to top it off, he even offered a generous $1,000 discount. The level of customer service and attention to detail displayed by Alex truly exceeded my expectations. He went the extra mile to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted while providing outstanding value. In addition to the exceptional customer service and attention to detail, I should commend Diamond Auto Sales for making the paperwork process quick and painless. I have worked in the industry, and it is often not like that. Alex and his team ensured that all the necessary paperwork was handled efficiently, allowing me to get in my fun new Element asap and get home to spend time with my folks for Father’s Day, and less time dealing with administrative tasks. The smooth and hassle-free paperwork process was yet another testament to the professionalism and dedication of Diamond Auto Sales. I cannot recommend Diamond Auto Sales enough. If you're in the market for a used car, I urge you to pay them a visit. Alex will take care of you and make sure you drive away with a smile on your face. I will definitely be giving them my business again in the future, and I'll be telling everyone I know about this fantastic dealership.
2005 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
Great car for long trips very reliable . Handles remarkably well considering the size of the car . Don?t let the low horsepower listed for you it will move . Good on gas on the highway iPad up to 25 miles per gallon on the expresswayWhat do you have to watch for is that the car is maintained and that the air suspension is in good shape

The Rep. was so outstanding, and he was so helpful and helped us in the processes this was new to my son since he was purchasing his first car he had a great experience and also the sales rep was very attentive to our needs. I would defiantly go back again when I am looking.
2023 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
My CPO 2023 S500 MHEV was very slightly used - 400 to 900 miles and had been registered for three months. It's and excellent & well made car. The shifting is so smooth, it's hardly noticeable. The multi-contour seats are unmatched elsewhere in the auto industry. This luxurious & safe car gets 32 to 35 MPG on highway trips. The CPO version actually provided me a longer & better warranty than the original factory warranty.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
2017 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
Amazing vehicle, but only buy new if you want the S63, the Maybach, or your just really rich, if not, then just wait 5 years, and get it for 70 grand! The value is so low because you can just wait for it to depreciate like crazy. But overall, this is an awesome car.

2022 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

2023 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
My new S-580 e has been nothing but spectacular in terms of its design, comfort and driving experience. It is probably the quietest car I have ever owned and there is no hesitation when accelerating from a stop or driving up a steep hill! Also, as a "e" model, it also operates in either full electric, hybrid or gas only modes, so the range is great!

2023 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

2016 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

I am happy with the vehicle, although it was actually a different color than what was listed. I enjoyed my car shopping experience with Cars.com.

We just bought their 2012 Hyundai Sonata. They were helpful and weren't pushy at all. They helped us find a car within our budget. They had a lot of inventory.

Basically your owning a car with features of $120,000 back then. Comfortable ride luxurious. The sound system is on point. And the power is there if you need it.

If you're willing to spend a little more for a vehicle, but reap the most rewards, this car is it! I am moving out of the country and will be on a sailboat for a year - otherwise I would keep this car forever.

2023 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

2023 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
In trading in my 2019 s560e for the 2023 s580e. This is a unique vehicle and the use case for it is unusual - as the battery in the 2019 only had 19 miles of charge but, over the 3 years I had it averaged around 60 mpg. I didn't have any appreciable issues with it, but didn't drive it much - under 5000 miles a year, it was not my only vehicle and I work from home. The 2023 is far superior in interior comfort vs it's predecessor. I don't like the grill and lights as much, but the ride comfort power, and efficiency of the power plants are amazing. In my first 500 miles - averaging over 130mpg. The battery is 60 miles - give or take. Now, unless you have a charger at home, or home and work, that are free to use or truly inexpensive - this is where you can shellacked. Charging stations are a huge rip off -- they are so expensive - when you do the math, the same amount of fuel to get the same number of miles is equal to near $20 a gallon, if my math is correct - and it is. So, long distance in this car - isn't practical at all. It's for around town - small commute - less than 50 miles EACH way, again if you have charging at home and you have solar to produce your own electricity, or the cost is way higher than gas. This car is a very unique use case.... and if you aren't this use case - the car isn't practical. But, it sure does ride nice and the interior is off the hook, mine is fully loaded - and that says alot for an S class.

CarMax Palmdale review
Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!
