I brought my daughter in to find a car, although we didn’t get the car she originally wanted Vic helped us find one she absolutely loves and Vic made the process supper easy and his employee Kaleb was very entertaining while we waiting for the bank answer back on our approval. Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

My favorite car of all time! I bought the GLK 250 12 years ago & have just under 50 thousand miles, (I'm 76 & retired). Engine / transmission combo is superb as is the mileage. Comfortable & durable interior with plenty of room for "stuff". Tows small trailers easily. Great steering feel & braking. Excellent handling for an SUV. Run-flat tires not conducive to a "luxury" ride on rough surfaces. Built like a tank...I hit an elk near Grand Canyon (which cost 16K to fix), yet I drove over 2000 miles back to the east coast with no problems. A few recalls which were quickly repaired free. M.B. routine service is quite expensive though. Only one unscheduled service, a split in a turbo feed hose... the part was $350. DUH. I'm sure the car will outlast me.

Great experience. Mary from the sales department was very helpful. She answered all my questions and provided me regular updates. The process was a little longer, because I financed with an institution out of the state. But, Mary was patient and very helpful.

I was in the marked for a used vehicle. We saw one that was available at EchoPark and it was marked as a good deal. The experience was straight-forward. The pricing expectations were clear at EchoPark, the sale associate explained everything. Pretty the same you would expect at a dealer, but I think a bit more simplified. If I hadn't had an issue with my credit check (not EchoPark's fault), I would have been our sooner, but generally the whole process from coming in, test drive, negotiation, to driving off should take about 2 to 3 hours.

Friendly service, knowledgeable, work done well. I would have them service my Mercedes in the future.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Our daughter had been wanting a specific Tundra with specific items for a very long time. She saw one online so her dad and I went to look. We knew immediately it had her name all over it. My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.
