I'm not new to the Mercedes brand, as this is my 4th. This is, however, my first try at the Mercedes SUV. So far, I'm extremely happy. Favorite feature has to be the camel leather seats...an impressive update from the MB-Tex.

My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

Purchased the car new Oct 2017 ( 2018 SL550 ) . I traded in a 2012 Corvette ZR1 . PROS- very good build materials and quality construction , almost constructed of all aluminum , good engine ( good sound and performance ) , the retractable hard top ( great in warm and cool weather -large glass sunroof ) , good fit and finish all around , audio and back up camera both good quality , wife loves the car , nice treatment at MB of Smithtown LI NY , very comfortable ride and interior , nothing has gone wrong with the car since purchase . CONS- initial price a little high ( 125K ) , yearly service too high , handling could be a little better , the looks took a while to grow on me . The car has 6000 gentle miles on it , is very nice to drive if you are taking a relaxing cruise . It handles pretty well if not pushed too hard . If you stay within the limits of the car the turns feel good , you just won't be going all that fast . I have other cars that handle better , but I do enjoy this car a lot . In the right weather I always come home with a big smile on my face . Did not really love the looks initially but they have grown on me over the years . Overall , I like the car a lot and will not sell it (ever) . I guess that's as positive a review as you can give. Hope this is helpful

BEST PURCHASING EXPIERENCE FROM A DEALER! As a Female i am super wary of just going into a dealership alone. Not this one! They are all super friendly and super professional. Kosta was my salesman and he was super knowledgeable about the Grecale that i had never even heard about before! I originally went in to look at a Levante suv. Next thing you know we spent 2 hours at the dealership going over the models and test driving and they gave me so much attention i ended up buying the car same day! OMG I CANT BELIEVE I DID THAT ~_~. They even said when i move to Florida they will help me ship it! I love them! Highly recommended! I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

I am now 3 years into ownership of a 2018 CLS 550, which I purchased new. The motivating factor to buy was that this was to be the last year that the big twin turbo V8 would be offered and it is a wonderful powerplant. I have not had one moment of regret since the day I picked my car up at the dealership and this includes MB service, which has been superb. I have done a few minor upgrades to the car, such as adding CarPlay, eliminating the engine shutoff feature, adding a rear spoiler and swapping out the standard front grill for an AMG vertical bar version. I haven't owned a car for 3 years+ in 50 years of driving, but every time I start to look at replacing my CLS, I can't find a vehicle that I would be satisfied with over the CLS, without spending well north of $100k. I love the power, the handling, the luxury features and the gorgeous lines of this car. In my opinion, at its current used car price, if you could find a 2015-2018 model year, (pretty much the same car) with low mileage, its one of the best used cars available. Strongly recommend.

I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! This is my 3rd Benz. It is my favorite of them all. 1st was an e-class sedan, very nice, 2nd was e-class convertible, now the suv. I am a big guy 6-2, 280 and I have plenty of room. I have have not had one problem at all. It is very roomy, even for me. It has very good power, especially for the size and weight..over 4600 lbs. That also makes me feel very safe. And when I go on the Highway from DC to NY I always get over 23 mpg!!

The car has all the bells and whistles and is a lot more comfortable and quiet than the E-Class we had. The engine is more powerful and we love the design.

This car has met all my needs for luxury, performance and gas mileage. It has beautiful interior and the car is fast. It is a 6 cylinder turbo(mild hybrid) with EQ boost which gives the car the performance of a 8 cylinder and the gas mileage of a 4 cylinder. I would recommend this car if you want luxury, performance and good gas mileage to go with it...
