2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD review
This vehicle met all my needs. The front was very comfortable for the driver and a passenger. The back is totally awesome. Fits 13 people VERY COMFORTABLY! There is mood lighting n the back, USB ports, 2 TVs, AC/DC power. Pretty much everything you need.

Not only did she answer every question but she also went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the process. This attention to detail can make the dreaded preventive maintenance process more pleasant and manageable. Also, it was nice to have a female advisor for a change. Her approach added a unique touch to my experience. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service provided by Mooj. Her professionalism made this visit pleasant for me, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone I know who might need to schedule their overdue PM.
