I learned about Salem MB when I started taking my 2005 MB there for service. Don is an exceptional service manager, and their customer service is second to none! When it was time for a new car, I chose Salem MB based on my history of great service. Needless to say I have found that every person in the dealership is exceptional! I dealt with Gayle. She was friendly, hard working, and a consummate professional! I just can???t say enough good things about my experience at this dealership!!
Gayle Rachtman and sales manager, Mike Harder were great team. Gayle is a knowledgable rep and had the answer to all my questions. Mike was a great support manager and I would recommend both...excellent team. Haven't had to deal with service dept yet, but having purchased a M-B from this dealership in the past, I'm sure that the service will be as good as it was in the past.

After having owned a 2007 Acura MDX for 11 years I decided it was time to have a new car. I did visit a few dealership but I finally returned to Acura of Salem where I had purchased my car 11 years ago. Bernardo and Cindy were outstanding answering questions and presenting the various opportunity for a purchase/leasing. I did opt for the leasing and the negotiation went smooth and friendly until we reached a consensus on a 3 year lease of a brand new 2018 Acura MDX with all the bells and whistles. No pressure was applied and the utmost courtesy was present during the entire length of the negotiation. So I left the dealership with my new car and I am still smiling with satisfaction
George started working with my husband first. We were looking for a specific engine size and possible trade up for our 2003 convertible. George was good about finding what we were looking for. Yes I bought the car he found us! Happy and looking forward to sporting around in such a class of a Mercedes-Benz! A Cardinal red SL450 roadster.
Our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Salem has been excellent. From the purchase of my first Mercedes 12 years ago, Don and the service department kept my Mercedes R Class in such great condition that I never wanted to buy another, but alas after putting 140K on my beauty, my family said it was time to get a new car. After 6 months of going back and forth with Gayle helping me along the way, I finally settled on a new Mercedes 350. It is a great car and I could not have come to the decision I did without the help of Gayle. These are great people.
The sales experience with Roberson, especially with Molly Wilkes, was a rare pleasant experience in the Auto Industry. They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in. I would recommened both the dealership as well as the sales representative.
I am very happy with The Auto Outlet INC! Brandon was the reason we brought the vehicle here. I sent a email to him asking about a vehicle. Brandon responded very promptly to the email and asking me to come down and look at the vehicle. I informed him I would be there! When I showed up I asked for Brandon and he was there with a smile on his face and ready to help us. We explained what we were looking for. Brandon showed us some vehicles that he thought would work for us. I tell you what we found the vehicle we were looking for! Low miles excellent vehicle! Brandon informed us that we had a 3 month warranty or 3000 miles. That they just offer as a thank you to their customers! I was shocked to hear that!When buying the vehicle there was no pressure, we didn't have to wait and most of all it was very convenient location from home. After all the dealerships in Oregon City, Gladstone, and all over Salem non of these dealerships treated us the way Auto Outlet did. They are family owned for over 20 years! I love family owned businesses because in my experience they have cared more about the customer. From now on I will never go to a big dealership for vehicles again. The also have referral program that is $200.00! I thank you once again for being professional and most of all staying open later for us! I highly recommend this car dealership!

All aspects of my visit were very positive. Your service people were friendly and helpful. I needed to have my car inspected and was pleased a concern I had was not an issue at this time. Also appreciated having my car washed.
I started with Duane Beaty online for availability and to set up an appointment he was very helpful and set everything up so when we arrived our sales person Kyle Read. Kyle was very polite and helpful providing us with all the information and options available to without making us feel pressured. once we made our decision he moved the process ahead quickly and got our cruze ready while setting us up with our finance person, she was very courteous and helpful explaining all of our warranty options and packages getting all of our paperwork finished and us on our way. i was impressed with the ability to find the vehicle we wanted set everything up with the internet staff so when we arrived everything was ready and available to us, from the time we drove on the lot till we left with our new vehicle was right at two hours.
We had really good service here, and they helped us so much finding a new used car and working with us on how much we wanted to spend. Thank you all so much, and we will be definitely coming back in the future when we want another new car.
Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
Stan, assisted me in my Purchased. He is great he sold me exactly when I wanted, he made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and service was also great and getting the clear bra and the seats treated right away Honda overall is the best dealership in town.
We went to Salem Volkswagen for a used vehicle which was listed on cars.com. The sales people were very knowledgeable, showed the proper interest in us as buyers and applied no pressure on us to buy something that day. Between phone calls, emails and our visit to the dealership, I was very happy with my experiences with them. I didn't end up buying the vehicle I went to see but would go back without hesitation if I saw something online again.
Matthew Trexler is the sales person who accompanied us while looking at cars. He is very friendly & sharp; he answered all questions & offered suggestions. We'd also like to acknowledge Jermaine Washington, Chris Dupont & Rich Miles for making this a pleasant buying experience. We are very pleased with our new Subaru Outback.
