BMW West Is a great place to purchase a car. Please ask for Chris Blair when you visit. He is an amazing client advisor.
2023 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
My CPO 2023 S500 MHEV was very slightly used - 400 to 900 miles and had been registered for three months. It's and excellent & well made car. The shifting is so smooth, it's hardly noticeable. The multi-contour seats are unmatched elsewhere in the auto industry. This luxurious & safe car gets 32 to 35 MPG on highway trips. The CPO version actually provided me a longer & better warranty than the original factory warranty.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 review
My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
Buy this car brand new and you will never have any problems with this car. Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X7 from the new BMW of West Houston location, and the entire experience was world-class. From the moment I walked into their impressive new facility, I knew I was in the right place. A huge thank you to my Client Specialist, Tommy Luk. Tommy is professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured that the delivery of my X7 was perfect. It is clear that he truly cares about his clients and the BMW brand. If you are looking for a new BMW or a high-quality Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this new location and asking for Tommy Luk. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!

BMW of West Houston review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙
2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Just ask for Reza🏁 Exceptional service. He reached out to me from an online inquiry at about noon. I was able to come in, test drive (2 cars), purchase my car and be home by 5pm. He gave me some time to sit in the car and deliberate for a hour so on my own. He gave me the keys to both cars to test drive and test out. I told him what I wanted, what I was interested in paying for it - and boom 💥 purchase complete and I am satisfied customer. Reza is a true sales man. He contacted me the day after to check on me and give me a small token that I mentioned prior to leaving the dealership. I highly recommend Reza. 100% will be my sole contact moving forward.

I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

Ryan Ford review
'm very pleased with Ryan Ford and the customer service they showed after my puchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from them. I live in Lubbock so they transported the vehicle to me and only charged $300 to do so. I know it had to cost more than then in diesel alone. Once I got the Jeep and drove it about 50 miles, I noticed an oil leak which I discovered was from a leading rear main seal. Not a big deal and the part is pretty inexpensive but the labor to repair it can be costly. I took the Jeep to a reputable and dependable auto shop in Lubbock and they repaired the leak, but Curtis, my salesperson, made everything right on their end. The dealership reimbursed me for the replacing the rear main. They made it right, which is rare in this day and age. I appreciate Curtis and the ownership for their quick and fair response. I would recommend them to anyone.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

2009 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class review
I've owned my 2009 slk350 for several years. I waited almost two years to find a Orion Blue Metallic Car. The build and function is Superior to most cars out there. Very low maintenance and quality that LASTS! I replaced the interior silver trim and steering wheel with a Beautiful Poplar wood interior from Mercedes Germany. Makes the Interior POP!

CarMax Houston Katy Freeway review
This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .
2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 review
Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

2013 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
I bought my car sight unseen, Clean Carfax and was someone’s corporate car so it had extremely low mileage for the year(80k) and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! Had never driven the ML other than a friend’s 2005 but the 2 don’t compare. I will drive this car until the wheels fall off and would definitely but another one

2011 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
This is an update. I have had the car for nearly a year now and it's excellent! I bought it was $256,000 MI, replace the suspension, didn't oil change, and started using Chevron premium gas which took care of the catalytic converter light. Handles like new with four new tires. I also did a transmission fluid and filter change. Lots of power and at 60 MPH I get almost 20 miles per gallon. Not bad for the v8!

This is already the second car I'm buying from them. The guys know their job and do it one hundred percent. Good luck with your sales, guys.
2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class review
I am now 3 years into ownership of a 2018 CLS 550, which I purchased new. The motivating factor to buy was that this was to be the last year that the big twin turbo V8 would be offered and it is a wonderful powerplant. I have not had one moment of regret since the day I picked my car up at the dealership and this includes MB service, which has been superb. I have done a few minor upgrades to the car, such as adding CarPlay, eliminating the engine shutoff feature, adding a rear spoiler and swapping out the standard front grill for an AMG vertical bar version. I haven't owned a car for 3 years+ in 50 years of driving, but every time I start to look at replacing my CLS, I can't find a vehicle that I would be satisfied with over the CLS, without spending well north of $100k. I love the power, the handling, the luxury features and the gorgeous lines of this car. In my opinion, at its current used car price, if you could find a 2015-2018 model year, (pretty much the same car) with low mileage, its one of the best used cars available. Strongly recommend.
